Mobile order took 30 minutes to fulfill. They didn't have any biscuits so they offered another side, I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy got home only to find they gave me Mac and cheese yeah that's going in the trash. This location failed on every level. I'm pissed

Ok, so we haven't had kfc in years and got a wild hair to go today mostly because I looove me some fried pickles amd wanted to try theirs. They actually turned out pretty good and wasn't bland or anything but I didn't get any sauce or anything for dipping when my receipt clearly stated comeback sauce or whatever. We ordered the 12 PC bucket meal and didn't realize til after we got home that we didn't receive the 6 biscuits that were supposed to come with it. C'mon, that stuff isn't cheap please make sure all components are in there before calling out the customer, thanks. Then way later we realized we may have gotten scammed because it was $10 Tuesday which is like 8 piece thighs and drums which is coincidentally the types of pieces we got. 🤔

Waited at the call box for 5 minutes before I even got a response. Ordered a 3 piece but only got through. The staff there look miserable.
Our large take out order was done right on time. Staff was friendly and packed the buckets and to go bags perfectly. Would definitely order from here again!

I went with my Grandson & Wife for lunch, I got horrible experience, I order $15 Meal for 2, Chicken was Bad and Bitter Taste look like spoiled, After eating my wife & Grandson got Sick. All the Staff was rude, Restroom someone was there and never got out until I was there for 30min. I never leave review but I was really upset that's a reason I am leaving review.
