I went on a Tuesday and ordered a full price 8pc meal. I paid over $30 and i specifically asked the cashier if she could drop fresh chicken for me. She blinked, turned her head slowly and while looking at me in my eyes she said, “no”. There was no one in line, no one in store placing orders. When I got home with my food, the chicken was the greasiest nastiest chicken I have had in years. It was cold. I literally had to microwave ALL the food. I hadn’t been to KFC in years, and i remember why. It’s EXPENSIVE, the pieces of chicken are TINY, and the people in store could care less. I am just simply baffled on how much I paid to be treated like trash. The lady with the colorful glasses and the dia de los muertos bandana to cover her hair that told me no was really the slap in the face before being screwed.

Just take my advice and go to another KFC. Orders are always late. First time i came to this place they told me they had no chicken. Wth!

I ordered the saucy nugget combo for dine in and the packed it to go. Took forever and came with no napkins, ketchup or utensils. The nuggets were cold and dry with almost no sauce at all. Fries were cold and the greasy biscuit was just thrown in the bottom of the bag.

They have the worst service I've ever experienced, including the manager. They left me in line for almost 20 minutes tonight. Go to that kfc

Ordered Uber Eats from here waited over an hour and a half for them to tell me to cancel the order. Trash place.

Ordered ahead. Showed up about 10 minutes after the ready time they can’t find the order. Okay no problem how long will it take to make it? “I don’t know” “How ever long it takes” “your guess is as good as mine”. All unacceptable responses. Rude customer service. Left without our order and called online customer service for a refund. Sorry we burdened you with being patrons to your establishment.

That 50s or 40s music got to go! It was putting me to sleep. I've felt bad about the employees to hear that kind of music all dsy. I've recommended 70s and 80s 90s music, Not Rap, that unsensless music.

Whats with the long wait? 20+ minutes for chicken to be ready. You know your Tuesday special 8 for $10 is going to be a hit especially during dinner time. Come on KFC ? You gotta be better than this. So many cars left. KFC your employees are making you lose customers. You lose customers you lose money

Service and food was excellent today. Greeted by Manager and all employees. They work as a team to get my food out quickly. Had the 2 pc dark with mash for only $4.99.
