Im not the type of person that does reviews but today that was crazy im at drive thru trying to order 2 order simple i tell the i have 2 orders and a guy gets on the speaker telling me they can't couldn't do 2 orders on drive thru for me to get off im like really for a damn taco because u guys are short staff people can't order on drive thru.. made me get off with a injured leg just for them to be talking like well we doing the best we can no one is saying ur not but u making customers get off just because they are doing 2 orders that's crazy

Stopped to eat something really quick because I have a 30 minute break. They were busy! Lots of people waiting for orders to go, but this team was hustling! So when the young lady took my order, she asked the manager if it could be done. The manager said yes and immediately worked on it! I ate the Famous Bowl. Wanted something that I could eat quickly.
You guys got all your orders out in such a short period of time! I’m impressed! AND you got my food out just as fast! THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT TEAM WORK!

I haven't eaten here in years nothing like I remember it was. What happen to the crisp??? What happened to the 11 spices???? It was very bland and real soggy. I remember it crispy that the person next to you could hear it crunch when you took a bite. The flavor was in the chicken and the crust.. I don't think I will eat there anytime soon. I mean it will be years.

We went through drive thru and we had to wait 30 min to get fresh chicken. The manager offered us free drinks while we waited and she updated us as needed while we were waiting. Overall it was a good experience minus the wait. Yet the food was fresh and amazing. Also the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The biscuits were off the chain.

I've gotten taco bell tacos for over 50 years. We got some today and the taco shells had a horrible taste. I'll never get taco bell again. Very disappointed. The meat and veggies were ok but still not as good as years past. Even if they lower their high prices, I will still not order another taco bell.

Management here sucks employee kept telling me I didn’t order right. Are you serious I ordered right you just weren’t paying attention. I call them they were of no help. Demanding I bring the food back in order to get my correct order. Wasted my time and they gave me no receipt.

Pot pie was nice and hot and crispy done to perfection. The Cole Slaw was just like I love it not to dry and not too much dressing in it .
Bad attention from the employees, they do not attend to the cashier, they do not pay attention to the people who are in the lobby. Even think that one star is too much rating for the care they provide I will never visit them again
The new tenders are horrible. The only thing I ate from here, lost me as a customer

I've never tasted such a raw chicken, that unpleasant experience, it's not the first time this has happened to me in this trade, I had to throw away the whole chicken basket, you can't cook.
