KFC was barely ok. Taco bell on the other hand was OLD and COLD! Eat at your own risk!
Do better nachos had dark green guacamole and the wedge fries taste like they have been sitting all day, Walmart wedge fries are better. Stale nacho chips like come on with the dam prices y’all need to make the food right and fresh ! Beans taste dry and just not good.

I received a notification from KFC on September 9th (Colonel’s birthday) advertising 8 pieces of chicken for just $10. When I clicked on it, this Goliad Road location would not honor the promotion. After realizing it might be an app issue, I called in to ask for help and spoke to Rachel, who said she was a manager.
When I asked if she could assist, her response was dismissive — she repeatedly told me, “I don’t own the app,” as if that excused her from helping a paying customer. I asked if this was Kentucky Fried Chicken or Taco Bell, and she said it was KFC, but again insisted she couldn’t do anything. I know from working in restaurants that managers can override issues like this on their end, but Rachel made no effort to try. Instead, she told me to call back in 30 minutes to talk to the store manager. Then she abruptly hung up without a “thank you,” without an apology, and without even a proper goodbye.
This is exactly why KFC’s reputation keeps going downhill. The food is already overpriced compared to what it used to be, and now the customer service is just as disappointing. Rachel’s lack of professionalism wasted my time, left me frustrated, and gave me zero resolution.
What makes it worse is that it’s not fair to the other employees or the hard-working team members at this location. Just because Rachel showed no professionalism, character, or care, the entire store ends up with a one-star review. That’s the sad reality of poor management.
Anyways, on to Corporate I go.

Drive thru went by pretty quick. They didn't have my whole order but made up for it by giving me something else, plus something for the inconvenience.

People that can't count shouldnt be responsible for making orders or working a cash register. Idk who needs to watch sesame street but 20 comes after 19 not 11. As in I ordered 20 hot wings and got a box of 11. I tried calling the location but the phone is on permanent busy mode. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
Had no food ready closed store early all employees standing around, smoking outside not sure whats going on but it’s about 8:45 manager came out lied to me multiple times saying food was there then not there waited ovee 30 minutes and no one knew anything about what order customers came and went
