There store was dead and I went to go pick up my order the lady was nice but they didnt check what they bagged .. I was missing a couple of food items I order . How can y'all m miss that when y'all were completely dead inside and on drive thru. Either they were distracted or just do didn't read the whole order.

Never get your food from here. KFC in San Antonio is trash..ie Dry as chickens. It's been hard eating here in San Antonio. I'm from Louisiana (Shreveport). I really miss the food there. All of KFC is trash!!

TJ, the assistant manager, provided great customer service and made our order perfectly.
I went to get the 7 dollar meal cashier tells me that there is a 7 minute wait on biscuits and I told her that I would wait so I waited get my food and the biscuit isn't there why tell me to wait for the biscuit and you didn't put it then I had ordered fries and they gave me mash potatoes. Very disappointed 😞

Other KFC locations across SATX have been surprisingly (!) disappointing, e.g. hit-or-miss for old oil used, orders mistaken, etc. This one a bit out of the way and thus far has been awesome in 3 of 3 visits. They do the Colonel proud!

Love the chicken pot pie with a side of coleslaw and the recipes for both are still the same...food came quickly and pot pie was fresh and hot with the perfect balance of veggies and gravy and meat and that flaky crust..I do not eat Traders Joe overpriced junk food. We stop at the KFC right before Traders Joe Flea Market and dine here
