The web site for rewards is unworkable. I spent over 30 minutes trying to claim a reward for a famous bowl and never got it done, even with the purported help of the staff. Ended up paying full price for a reward offering for zero price.

The double authorization process is the problem. When I went to email to get the six digit code, the screen to enter the number disappeared and required to log back in again which led to another 6 digit code message. And then repeated that process multiple times. Even the staff could not get it to work. I ended up paying full price for a meal that was supposed to be free.

I am bummed out.

I love the chicken pot pies with the tender pieces of chicken and the crispy and flaky crust. They are my favorite 😋

What's this little thing? I spent over $15 for a 4 piece chicken. This tiny size should NOT count as 1 of the 4 pieces. They might as well had added it to someone else's order as an extra crumb. I'm not happy. I feel duped and gypped.

The staff is absolutely terrible; they don't give you your food on time and they also mix up your orders. This happened to me today, Sunday, September 11, 2025. If it's supposed to be fast food, they should be more efficient. My order took more than 30 minutes to come out, and it was just two pieces of chicken and fries.

The wedges are back (and honestly they're the only reason I ever liked KFC). So I made my way to the closest KFC drive thru.
There was no line and my order was promptly taken. No communication issues. Fast and friendly.
I got my food home. Wedges are a little...a little old. Very disappointing, but overall, the taste is still there.

4 stars. Id go again, but id hope to get fresher food... regardless how many people are also eating KFC.

$76 to feed a family of four. Never getting KFC again except on discount Tuesdays. This location decided to turn the AC off so I have no idea how the employees aren’t dropping dead. The kiosk ordering is a pain. Sitting and sweating through my shirt for 15 minutes waiting for my overpriced food.
