Placed an order to be delivered for a 3pc chicken and 3pc tenders. Tenders were fine, but only recieved 2pcs of chicken instead of my 3pc. Kinda upset since I ordered it to be delivered since I'm at the ER whereas I could have brought it to someone's attention if I had dined in. Just irksome.

They never give on time the wait time should be minimum 20 minutes or more at counter no one will answer and they give preference for drive thru only that to takes more time I don’t know how they are running this store. Irresponsible staff.

I pulled through the drive through and ordered the chicken and tenders family meal 8 piece. There was a white truck in front of me waiting for their order. After about 15 min the white truck got their order and pulled off. When i get to the window i pay for my order and was asked to pull into some parking spaces in front of the drive through. So i parked and waited. About 10 min later they bring my order out. When i get home, there are no tenders in my order and the sides we got were cold. Tried to call the restaurant and of course nobody answers the phone. $49 for chicken and im missing half of it.

I placed an order inside the restaurant. Had to place order at the kiosk. Since there's a sign on the counter asking to do so. After ordering, I waited over twenty minutes. People were already standing around. Waiting on their orders. After a while, people that ordered after me started getting their food. I finally had enough and left. I will not be coming to this location. Until they start having someone at the counter to help customers.

Walked in and waited by counter for 5 minutes basically screaming “hello?” And no one came went around corner to see an employee with headphones on which is crazy because there’s a huge on the drive thru window that says “no phone or headphones” finally someone came and acknowledged I was here and I told them I want my order I’ve been waiting, and just for her to go back and sarcastically tell an employee “he said he’s been waiting for 5 minutes” and laughed while they made my order, terrible service.

Second time this has happened to us. We ordered an online pick up order. They tell us to pull up to a parking space. This time another customer pulled up next to us after we’ve been waiting about 5 mins already and they ended getting their food. It’s been 20 minutes now and we see the workers walking around the restaurant so we pulled around again and apparently they “misplaced” our order. We saw the bag they grab was just sitting there. Our food got cold and soggy. Super unsatisfied. Also I paid extra for sauces and never got the sauces.

To good so good had to boil them the next day. Woke up felt like clubbing night b4. Dry mouth, spitting up flem, dodo breff, stinky pits, nose smeld, had poopy breath, felt hung over. We never eat her nor since 88 or 94. Damn good chicken even the gravy container smelled Like bleach. Grate chicken. Came on time thx yummy

The manager was fantastic. KFC is my sons latest favorite. They let us host his birthday party, and even gave him an awesome gift pack with a card signed by all the staff.

Cant argue with how much Eric Cartman says The Colonel is the best chicken in town. I love the gravy and the big box meals. After a strenuous workout my to go foods would be subway or KFC.. sadly not many KFC's where I'm at. The kiosk to order makes it so much smoother. Quicker. They taste better than chick-fil-a
