Hour & half till close and they don't have chicken đ wow
Ok the chicken strips or dry and burnt and old oil!! PLEASE change your oil!! This KFC it's got to be probably the worst one I've been at yet!!! being new I thought it would be awesome it's not! you guys need to improve a bunch!!!

I went after work Friday today around 530pm. Chicken was hard and dry, busiest were hard like hockey pucks. I will NEVER go there again.

DoorDash here at 10:33pm, asked the employee if the order was ready, specifically told me to come back in a couple minutes cause the order wasnât ready yet, waited 10 mins and pulled up again, asked if it was ready and it was, pulled up, all she asked was what was the name and she handed me the order with such aggressive attitude and didnât say anything, just handed me the order and drink and just closed the window, ridiculous, if you donât wanna work at a job you donât want to, then work somewhere else, why be rude and ugly with customers just cause you donât like your job, even besides that, if you do like your job, why have an attitude. It doesnât show a great image to the store. I hope she has a better and blessed night but I find it disrespectful to be in that type of way.

It's 98° outside and inside KFC it's 80° Can even enjoy dine in dinner had to ask them to put in a bag to go. No one knows what they are doing. Need a better manager on duty that knows how to lead a crew.

Unable to reach the kiosk with my disability, I tried to get assistance from a person. I had to get angry and raise my voice to get any service at all. Finally the very young manager helped me, but when I got home, part of my order was not there.

When I got to the location I was greeted by a gentleman in drive throu who was then interrupted by a woman who rudely said I got it I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal. The chicken was very old. The pieces of chicken were cold and hard to eat. The coleslaw was warm. Ordered a drink no straw or napkins added to the bag. The worst food ever. Service has left something to be desired. I got no receipt either

Bought 2 number one and asked to add coleslaw on one meal they didnât have coleslaw which is odd? so then I asked to add a chicken breast to each which bumped up the price we asked for one to be crispy the other original got home and we got both original called to some person named Richard that said that he couldnât do anything about it! What? What kinda of service is this!!! we pay an arm and a leg for what we want and they couldnât solve this issue. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! Whoever is in charge of this restaurant is driving customers away!!

Went to go eat taking our 6 yr old grandson for the first time. All the tables were dirty. It was about 145 pm and not busy. The manager said we needed to place our own oder. I didn't come out to eat to work. Maybe if they were busy i could understand but we were the only customers in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive thru. Just a terrible experience. Going to the KFC on military and zarzamora where they have a clean restaurant and great service
I like that itâs always empty inside. Went inside to order and realized exactly why itâs always empty. I heard a voice from some where say Iâll be right with you, then realized a worker was on the floor doing something with paper. After a while another employee helping at the window saw i still hadnât been helped and still said Iâll be right with you. Waited another few minutes, mind you a worker was on the floor 2ft from the register still ignoring i was waiting. Then the girl from the window finally came with âwhat did you needâ told her i had ordered and just needed to pay and got told they couldnât take my $50 bill which sucked for me personally. Employees should be trained/coached how to better communication and customer service.
How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant?! And then threaten to call the cops when you donât leave the drive thru
