Black woman with the curly wig and missing tooth was sooooo rude , we came in town from a concert and stopped afterwards and she was just so rude mean , black chicken burnt grease . If she’s going to have an attitude and needs a job she need to be in the back or mopping floors , nobody has time for a snob in the drive thru line with an attitude ! She was so ready to give us a refund instead of just fixing the problem ! We go to kfc at least twice a week WE KNOW Original from CRISPY ! We asked for original and she said they been cooking chicken all day so it is what it is like what ? THIS IS CRISPY CHICKEN ma’am ! It’s visually obvious

The lady in the drive-thru was amazing she brightened my day just by talking to her. The food was delicious almost as if I got what you see in a commercial which you know never happens. So this is by far the best KFC in the city. Thank you all so much for making my lunch amazing!

Manager had a Horrible attitude on how she was talking to employees with so much disrespect cursing and belittling them. I walked in about 12 for food and I just couldn't believe it. I believe her name was Treece when I ask an individual. There are ways to speak to your employees and some have a power trip. I will not be returning to this location.

I'm not sure what was going on around 1230-1300 on July 22 2025, but we were in the drive-thru a very long time. My co-worker's order was ok. My order of the famous bowl was excessive gravy and no cheese. I'm hoping this was just a bad day, and I came at the wrong time.
