Was totally disappointed., no customer service.. I visited this restaurant after my visit to Ft. Sam.. all I received was burnt chicken.. and no refund.. I won’t be munching or ordering KFC..

Chicken wraps gave me diarrhea. Woman was making food and touching drive thru headset at the same time. She was wearing gloves tho. I won't be back.

People were very nice, it's clean. Don't get the nuggets, you will be disappointed. The three that were actually nuggets with meat were good. The rest were just fried bits of dough and very hard, see pictures. Green beans and biscuit were good, gave a 2 instead of 1 because of that. Once I brought it to the attention of staff they did offer me a few to replace those. But I shouldn't have even been served that. You're a chicken restaurant, do better.

Okay this is my second time at this location and I am 1000% satisfied this store location has it locked down on point. I forgot the lady's name that helped me the first time but she was real polite and asked if I needed anything I just asked if I could get fresh chicken and she said of course it was going to take about 12 to 16 minutes which I was fine with and she said okay I'll let you know when it's done that's the best KFC chicken I have had in years it was fresh it was hot it was wonderful so the second time I asked a young man at the register if I could have fresh chicken and he checked with the cook and he said it'd be out in about 10 minutes will needless to say it was a great experience he was polite and asked if I wanted it dark or white meat and no extra charge . I'm going to tell all my friends in the neighborhood on my social media platforms to come to this location to be a ?% satisfied
