Worst customer service ever. They didnt want to make the type of chicken becaue ot to close to closing. When I asked for a refund, Chelsea said she could not give me a refund receipt for some crazy reason. HOT MESS!!!! Do not done here!

Went there tonight a little after 8, I ordered through UberEats and did a pick up. There’s 2 men waiting talking to ATHENA young girl blueish hair. Shes being rude to everyone. She has a headset on being rude to the customers in drive thru making comments off the headset but saying it so everyone in the lobby can hear. There’s a lady ordering the guy helps her, I decided to I wasn’t going to deal w her so I waited at the register no one came to help me I stood there she’s talking a whole bunch of crap in front of everyone. Running her mouth bc they are on a wait for chicken. She’s making orders being ugly about it not giving ppl what they ordered bc they are out of something. I over heard her say ā€œwe’re out of Mac and cheese so I’m just going to give them something elseā€. I order Mac and cheese she didn’t ask me what I wanted as a sub. No one even acknowledged me. Her shift lead Jordan is letting her act like that in front of customers not saying anything. Horrible manager. I would be embarrassed if my employee was acting like that. I stood there for about 10 mins no one acknowledges me but they see me. Finally I hear my order being made Athena calls my name I just grab the bag. If my son wasn’t w she would’ve had a worse night. The other lady was also going to complain. Yall need to let that little girl go or retrain her. Thats an embarrassment for the store. Jordan and Athena need to learn customer service and leadership skill s. I do expect a response for this behavior.

New Review October 2025 -This location sucks, food just bad. Chicken is usually over fried, like they just throw it again in the fryer. Nasty. The biscuits and chicken were falling apart when trying to grab a piece. Taste was oily and salty. Not what it should taste.
No wonder it's always empty
Not going back. Don't waste your money, time and hunger. Go to another nearby competitor.

Went thru the drive thru to order the new hot and spicy wings....I was excited that they brought the wings back....however im disappointed....wings are dry, chewy and old because they've been sitting under the lamp so long....i would have NEVER served this to anyone.....hate to throw my money away but this was BAD..🤢🤮😔
