Went and ordered the texas meal and extra side of mac and cheese. Dry old chicken, no mac and cheese sides, horrible drive through service. No jalapeños in meal as advertised. Worst restaurant in this side of town

Decent but not great. They were slow so I understand the food had probably been sitting there for a while. But definitely not as good as when it is hot and fresh

I was so repulsed by the service I just received at the drive through at this KFC that I'm letting my food get cold just so I can write my fresh experience. I hate going through ANY drive through because the disembodied voice at the other end can act any kind of way. This was no different. The girl's voice was abrupt and snippy. I knew what I wanted, the special only offered on Tuesday and Thursday. After some moments of silence she told me to pull forward. She wasn't any friendlier in person. When she gets replaced by a robot I will get better service. She took my card but didn't offer a receipt. Fortunately my bank emails me whenever the card is used, so I knew I wasn't overcharged. Then she went away to do more important things and another girl who hadn't had much practice in human contact handed me my bag of food. I asked her if I was getting original recipe and she nodded yes. No napkins were offered or given. WOW! I can't wait for AI to replace these girls!!!

I had a problem with getting the free bucket staff was super helpful. Everyone was welcoming food was hot and fast service. Bathrooms do need a little work but it was busy time so some what understable.

Walked into this location about 8:15 p.m with my 7 yr old granddaughter. The woman in the drive thru is cursing at another co worker and when the young man in the lobby who was cleaning told them something she just remarks she doesn’t care and continues her profanity conversation. My granddaughter wanted to dine in but I don’t need her to be hearing this while we are trying to eat. The manager got the order and on the kiosk asked for a name and she’s calling out a number. One the kiosk doesn’t give a receipt but to my email Two why request a name if your going to call out a number. We leave the food presentation is horrible. Biscuit was dry. The bite size pie that come with the $7 deal look like they have been there for hours they are hollow inside. My famous bowl was mostly gravy and the pieces of chicken was to chewy they were not busy but I’m sure their timers had been reset so they don’t waste but you can tell it’s been sitting there. It was a waste of $18.40 that was spent just threw everything away before we got food poisoning I did contact the customer support to make a report

Overall the food was not bad. But your guys service when it came to being slow was very poor. I could see if you were busy sure. But you had 2 maybe 3 customers. Our food was slow getting out. No sense of urgency just laxed. But what actually affected the service was you got the sauces wrong. We asked for 2 buffalo ranches. Not 2 ranches. If you had been paying attention you would have spotted that. But no. You had to not give a care about what you were doing. And the worst part is I bet your manager won’t care enough to look at this and talk to you guys about it. So you don’t care either way. All these reviews are terrible and they reflects poorly on all of you. Managers hold your employees to a higher standard please. Because their mess ups are on you. Do better. As it stands right now you don’t deserve to be in business still.

Is there a corporate number for KFC? The service is atrocious and rude
Went yesterday July 30, maybe around 1:30 for a meal and the girl in the drive through had a rude tone. There was only one other vehicle a head of me when I went up to the window. I was not greeted nor told there would be an additional 10 wait time so I just left.
Just found it odd no one came up to the window.

Horrible service, food was thrown together like slop, biscuits were all broken up into crumbles. Girl working front counter was more concerned with her hair and threw our bag of food on the counter and walked away.

Ordered famous bowl which only came with 3 little nuggets. The chicken was so dry. Became sick after eating it. It was the only meal I had for the day so far. Expected better from a newer location.
