I came In with family and ordered on the mobile ordering and they didn't have Mike's hot honey chicken which was fine so I got regular chicken until the cashier was giving attitude because "I kept changing my order" because they didn't have the kind I wanted I asked if they had any spicy chicken or hot sauce they can put on it and they just ignored me bad customer service will be eating at another location
The workers at this KFC did a very good job of taking the order and getting to us very quickly too. The location is a very busy part of San Antonio, yet it was clean and well attended.

I used to love KFC..not anymore, unfortunately! I ordered online through the app, so I wouldn't have to wait long for the order. But I had to wait 45 .minutes for my order. I tried patiently to wait with complaining or saying anything because I had in food industry for many years, and I remembered how it used to be. Another customer that had just walked in when I did placed his order was complaining about how long his was taking, so I asked about my order because he seemed to acknowledge me or my order. Cashier said they were waiting for cherry pie poppers were cooking. So I sat down and waited but another long wait people came and left ate there and still when I went up for a 3rd time to inquire about order it was just excuse after excuse. All this time no orders on drive thru and employees in the back just talking & chillin having a good time. Manager that is pregnant and super rude asked what was going on we both tried to explain to her and she got mad at me a paying customer not asking for a favor or hand out or even apology. Like why should I be complaining on paying for order and expecting it to come out before on hour later. She handed me a cup as a courtesy I guess to get a free drink and she talked under her breathe saying just get your drink & get out of here don't want to hear you anymore. Remember I was trying ti patient & understanding because previous cussed them out for same reason. I will go back to this location. Asked for her name because of course no name tags nope asked for managers name she refused to give me any info. I request to report this incident and she told me told me to leave before she called the cops. If I could give a zero, i would. Love the food but the service is horrible at this location. This is not the 1st time it also happened on drive thru with another manager don't which one is worse. My family even called me because I was talking too long to take home dinner they were really worried about because I was taking too long. The worst experience ever!!!!

Wow, the worst service ever. No acknowledgement when you come to the counter. Waited for about 15 minutes to pick up my online order. All the while the girls are back and forth, ignoring customers waiting. One girl literally throwing bagged orders on the counter. I would've walked out a lot sooner if it was my order. Pre-ordered for a family member. Never coming back here.

Went thru drive 11/25/24 @ 6:30. Worst experience ever. Girl was rude. Ask for crispy and she said they don't have any. I guess making chicken is super hard. We were gonna wait if they had told us it would of takin a bit. So we get order checked it in the parking lot before we left. They gave us a wrong side. They gave us 3 mash and 2 gravies. When we asked d for 2 mash and mac n cheese. My daughter went in and asked the girl to swap it out since we asked for Mac n cheese. She told my daughter she needed to bring in the the bag with the side cuz she wanted her gravy also. How the hell are we gonna give you something you never gave us. She had a bad attitude and mad. How is it our fault she screwed up. We get home and chicken was soggy and dry. Worst ever. Spent $50 buck on nothing but nasty chicken. First and last time I go there. I do not recommend this location on military and zarzamora.

Ordered through door dash and was very disappointed with quality,handling and presentation. 2 meals were missing a side and piece of chicken. Chicken strips on one meal equaled to one whole strip. Found a hair in one of the boxes !as very disappointed. Hadn't had KFC in a while only to be disappointed! Called store and talked to manager to let him know about the issues I had. All he could say I'm sorry . Fortunately got my credit from door dash

Horrible service employees are rude and condescending. From other reviews there is clearly no leadership to teach employees how to be respectful.
Ordered a 12 PC extra crispy meal. It's just under 3 hours till close. We show up knowing it a 20 min wait. We go inside to wait and get told there is no extra crispy. We ask if they could drop it We know it'll be a 20 min wait or so. They refused to drop anymore. I would understand if it was u know close to closing time and such but with almost 3 hours still thst was ridiculous
