I’ve been waiting at the front counter for a while more or less than 10 minutes. while people are constantly coming in. And seeing that they have messed up an order. And looking at the manager, taking in window orders and not going popping out at the front counter while the person that supposed to be at the front counter is trying to get all the orders in. not a very good atmosphere from the employee at the front counter. I’m very displeased about this location. And the portions of the food are all jacked up it looks like the fries were just thrown. and they also had forgotten my biscuit in my meal. I don’t think I’ll like to go to this location again.

Horrible customer service ! The guy literally argue with me over a missing fry then said I'll just give you an extra . Basically saying I'm wrong . Definitely shouldn't be interacting with customers if that is his attitude towards them . After all that I'm still missing a drink they can't read a order 1 meal deal for 2 mean 2 of everything then 2 meal boxes means 2 of everything as well smh . Instead they read it has 1 meal and then 2 meal smh . Then the food is cold .

Seems like everytime we go there is a 30min wait on chicken. It’s ridiculous, and the service is so bad, nobody even acknowledged us while we were waiting for service. Try the Palo Alto location instead.

Called to ask if they asked if you want dark or white meat. Trinidad( not sure if that was his real name) proceeds to tell me that they don’t control online and it automatically rings up dark and white meat as an up charge. All chicken places charge and up charge for white meat. I advise that the order was made in person with Emily and she didn’t ask whether dark or white. The picture below clearly provides an option.

Fast Service Great Affordable Prices and a Friendly Staff...once more Delicious Food...keep up the great job and I even went back the same day once more affordable prices and delicious food and since then I've gone for the crispy chicken sandwich for 3.99 Awesome Deal and Yes the chicken sandwich is Bigger than Popeyes but once more KFC great job keep up the Great Work
