ordered online and I didn't know it was drive thru only so I went in but they told us to go through drive thu we did then they said they only had dark meat and didn't have the brownies that were an option then told us that they only could give us 6 of the eight piece. it was just a slightly annoying experience

I put a online order for a KFC meal. I order it crispy with the five piece nuggets. When I got there, the manager, Adriana said my meal was already made, and someone else took it, and they refused to make another one. Then when they decided to finally make my meal, Adriana told me that they couldn’t make any more crispy because they didn’t feel like it and they were out of chicken nuggets too. Then they told me that there is no more macaroni and cheese and that if I wanted macaroni and cheese that it would take 45 minutes for me to wait. They just didn’t want to make any more so I said go ahead and I waited 45 minutes for my order to finally finish. Adriana is the worst manager ever.

Order a 2 piece and a 3 piece, like usual the employee taking my order didn't hear me say white meat for both. I went through the drive thru knowing I was going to have to go inside to fix the problem like usual nothing new for me. Usually the employees work with me to fix the issue. Today the Manager Valerie was at the front counter. She told me I was not charged for the white meat so the orders were correct. I tried explaining the issue I had with orders and she clearly didn't care, she said the orders were correct. I was trying to get the orders corrected, but she clearly was like take it or leave it. Her face was talking more than she was. So I asked for a refund because there was no way the Manager was going to help fix the problems.

Do not visit this store. I was given my change in counterfeit currency and when I complained they refused to exchange the counterfeit bill for real money. I have filed a police report regarding the counterfeit currency I was given by this establishment. Whatever happens I hope it is enough to force them to check money before they accept it and then pass it on to unsuspecting customers.

Whoever does inventory here fire them! I have been coming every day or every other day for the last two weeks to get a pot pie and they never have any! At all different times of the day! Take it off the menu or do better. WTF so annoying. The next closest one to me is NOT close.
