I can’t describe how bad the stench of rancid oil from my to go bag was today. Impossible to eat!!!! ffs 👎🏼

The worker who took my money and gave me my bag of food looked bored and unhappy. I think she was the same person that took my order through the speaker since I was at the drive-thru I had to ask her several things to get an answer from her.

Terrible customer service food is terrible not cooked well surprised how they can put food out like that. Ashely has a very disgusting attitude not willing to help after driving 30 minutes because they made the order wrong very hard for a business to succeed when you have a manager like Ashely

After sitting at drive thru for 20 minutes, viewing an open box of chicken sit there those full 20 minutes. I decided to ask for my money back. The guy at window goes and tells some other guy that I want my money back. That guy came and said I have your food here. He handed to me a bag, and it wasn't even what I had ordered. The kitchen is filthy. Stuff on the floors. A guy handling chicken with no gloves. It was a great disappointment how this place has turned out.
Management should really step up. Needless to say the Owners, I'm sure they don't go by, because if they did, any professional owner would be disgusted with the condition of his establishment.

Manger Pablo is not manger quality.. didn't want to provide general and or district Mgr info. Saying he doesn't have to provide info and hung upon me. Then I called backed and Pablo stated if I don't stop calling he will block my call due to the fact I spent $35.43. On sides and I didn't get my full order.
Just got home and counted the chicken. I got the Alamo bucket deal that comes with 10pc and 2 sides and biscuits. I counted 9pc of chicken! Can’t even count?!

I place an online order time frame was 6:35. When I got there I had to wait 13min more. After that another 15min. Customer service is awful. They did not offer anything to drink for the wait. The dining area was dirty. Hopefully and pray that will get fixed.
