Most horrible experience ever asked us to pull to the side and still came out to serve us cold fries, cold old chicken and soggy biscuits that probably were old as well would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

counterfeit money!!!!!I came to KFC last night peters 100 lady gave me $57 back when I went to pay for that 50 for lunch the following day I almost got arrested because apparently I was paying with a counterfeit 50 !!!!! I didn’t go anywhere between that night of getting my food and the next day didn’t even look at the 50 but when I was giving it to look at, you can obviously tell it was a fake 50 everything was crooked. It wasn’t even real paper. !!!

After receiving “pink raw” chicken from FRANCHISE KFC ON SAN PEDRO PER.. (Ashley) the shift manager, who not only has a horrible customer service, people skills and standards of KFC either Franchise or corporate. Franchise or not the “FLAG/BRAND” belongs to KFC. This young lady needs training, as a crew member before being the face of KFC Management FRANCHISE‼️‼️I’m beyond appalled as prior manager of 26 years. Including managing DENNYS FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT (903 E Commerce) here in San Antonio.I will NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY OR COLLEAGUES ‼️ Popeyes is right next door ‼️

I don't know who hired the gentleman that was working the front counter but kudos to you. When this friend and I sat down the first thing we both commented on was how friendly and accommodating he was. Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be my favorite. I remember a roommate and I used to drive across town just to get our fix. It's not my favorite but it's definitely on the list of cravings. This is one of those Taco Bell/ KFCs. So of course I had to buy one crispy Taco lol to go with my chicken. My friend got an incredible $5 box that had a lot of Munchies in it it looked very much worth it and they said they really liked it, and guys, it's five bucks.

This KFC needs help in the kitchen. We ordered their new hot wings. They were horrible. They need to change the oil and learn to use a timer so they don't over cook the food. The service was ok but the food needed lots of work.

This is one of the very rare times I absolutely think the stars on a page match the vibe of the store. This is by far, the worst location I have ever visited. You had one lady running around like a crazy yelling at everyone being super dramatic, tending to the drama instead of her guests. Then they only gave me have my order, after 20 minutes and expected me to "wait until they were finished with the orders that came in after" to get the other half of my food. When I asked for my money back because my chicken was ready for 10 minutes before they even realized I didn't have the Taco Bell portion, all of a sudden I was enemy #1... I attempted to be polite to the cashier and then the "manager" comes up and starts being super rude so guess what? I'm not your employee. You can treat them a certain way but not the guests. We don't have to tolerate it, as much as you think we might. I am all for service people being treated with respect, but it's also supposed to work the other way around too. This place is garbage. Period.

I have been going here for while and have seen bad management. I forgot the new managers name but you can tell he is working hard to get this store in order! He’s Nice. The food is good and the customer service is getting better.

10/24/23 I love my KFC, but tonight, I feel cheated. I ordered a few things off the menu (drive-thru), and most of my order was wrong. I ordered a 3 pc chicken big box meal, and it only came with 2 pieces. I also ordered it extra crispy, and it came original. :( The Chicken Strip meal box was missing fries. I know I should check my order before I leave, but I trust that everything will be correct. Food is expensive these days, and I would expect to get what I'm paying for.
