Service is awful I made an online order to be picked up at 3:00 pm and I had to wait on my order 10 minutes after the pick up time and my lunch break only 30 minutes. I think it will be a great service if everyone work together as a team

Absolute worst store I only get a 12 minute break I wanted some quick KFC after getting to the line which there was nobody there seven minutes, finally got fed up to speak to somebody about service the manager Veronica came out and said when I’m done doing what I’m doing I’ll get to you ! I was watching the employees they where just talking ! You would think with all these low review that something would be done

Tonight I pulled into the drive-through about 9:22 PM. I ordered a four piece strip meal with fries. They were out of the soft drinks that I wanted, but that was ok I just ordered something else. The dipping sauces I think are a total of nine or 10, they didn’t have the ones I wanted. They only had three available. I ordered a side of gravy. The young lady at the window was polite and just took my payment and carried on without a problem. The problem is I get home and open my bag up or my meal container up and the fries looked like they were sitting under the warmer for two shifts at least. They were warm and stale, tasting like old grease. The strips were warm but dry, maybe from the lamp. The only thing nice was the hot brown gravy. $15 wasted. Disappointing because this location used to do well.

They about ruined my love for both KFC and Taco Bell in one location. It shouldn't be this hard to get decent food and service.

Do NOT order pot pies at the Rigsby and 410 KFC located on the east side of San Antonio. At about 2 P.M. on August 19th I ordered 3 pot pies at the drive thru. 20 minutes later after arriving home we sat down to enjoy our pot pies only to find them not even half filled. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Peas and potato pieces were not even completly covered by liquid filling. There was not even a scrap of chicken in mine. They must be trying to increase profits by shorting customers. Well, they've gotten me twice but never again will I patronize this KFC location! They even shorted me my receipt so I can't even complete a customer survey for their corporate office to see.
