I kept my faith in this particular KFC location even though my family did not anymore. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, after today that faith has been destroyed. I went in craving some good ol KFC chicken and ordered a 6 piece bucket with sides. Before I ordered I verified they had 6 thigh peices and they confirmed they did. I sat and waited about 15 minutes or so. I eventually asked staff on a update on my order, because I watched 2 other customers that ordered after me leave with there food. Staff advised they were just waiting for it to come out of the oven. I said ok no problem, I just worried some one forgot or lost my order. 1 min later staff walk out and say it’s going to be another 20 minutes. I was flabbergasted, they advised they did not know what happened. Needless to say I asked for a refund and left disappointed. I will never go back to this location

Had really good service. My chicken sandwich, on the other hand was missing the meat. Half of the chicken was just crust.

I don't know what the deal is with this location, but I have visited twice, and both times I didn't get everything I ordered. If you go through the drive through you better sit there and go do inventory on the entire bag they give you prior to leaving.

KFC opens at 10 am. I had to wait for over 30 mins for a to go box. Made me late for work. Even after waiting 30 mins it took an extra 10 mins for them to bring it out.Parking: Nope. Other than I see why it’s empty

Let's Improve with Drive-thru And Store Service experiences.CASHIER/ Host Was Amazing!!!...She DID ALL THINGS POSSIBLE TO ensure Customers were Happy.....?..Young Petite African American woman w/Braids.....BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITY!!!Thank you, I don't recall her name!!!Her CREW...WAS another story...There's no reason that all the consumers from the drive-through had to come inside to retrieve missing items from their orders!!!!?....Not Everyone is/WAS On the same schedule.CROSS TRAINING FOR THE CREW....NEEDED!!!Work in SYNC....TEAMWORK, Make the DREAM Work!!AS, Ordered POT PIE AND 3 PIECE WING....it TOOK over 24 Mins To have COLD wings and Room Temp Potpie, NO BISQUIT WITH CHICKEN WINGS... BISQUIT MISSING!!!I am one to spend money I have no problem with it.But when I order my food. I expected to get what I paid for and that didn't happen and I do not live in the vicinity I was visiting, from Austin....SO how to MOVE FORWARD???KFC,/PEPSI CO, HAS TO DO BETTER..!!!!!!

I wanted mashed potatoes and got fries. Need a new manager. Thought we were trying to steal 4 tacos. Showed receipt.

This is the friendliest and nicest Taco Bell/ KFC I've been to in a long time. The cashier helped me with the menu and was incredibly friendly. My food was perfect and my tea was fresh.

I ordered the 20 fill up box and the pictures speak for themselves! The manager however made it right by remaking my food and giving me a free meal on my next visit! I appreciate her for making it right!and yes, my food was given to me just like this as if it's been picked over!!
