The chicken was cold and you could taste the grease. It must have been sitting there a long time, no one was there. The original crust was coming apart from the chicken. The chicken is definetly not how they appear in the commercials.

Ordered side orders, they were not put in to go bag. Not very thorough. Ordered meals almost begging for drink containers that should have been automatic. People check your orders before leaving.

Don’t order from this store you’re better off getting groceries trust!! we ordered almost $60 worth of food. The biscuits were all cold and stale so where the tenders I called to let them know we will take back the cold food and wait for the hot food that we paid for. She’s like no if you want your refund you have to go through Uber eats I’m like we don’t want a refund we just want the hot food that we paid for, she’s like the food isn’t cold because I cook it myself i’m like will bring it to the store so I can show you and we will wait for the hot food she’s like no I said no she would not meet us halfway come to find out she was the manager what a joke 👎👎

Worst chicken in San Antonio. Usually it’s not that bad but this time I specifically ordered extra crispy on my $40 order since ik sometimes they don’t make it crispy at all. When I got home I looked and saw a bucket of soggy, breading mushy falling off, nasty chicken. Bad enough to not be edible. Please whatever you do, go anywhere else but here, don’t waste your money or time.
