how is it that everytime i come to this kfc im always having to wait when im the only one in line?!?! i literally wait for my food my whole lunch break and that’s an HOUR! the last time i found a hair deep fried into my wing explain this to me. i get it the foods being cooked “fresh” but seriously im having to wait all the time!

The worst freaking KFC ever. They got my order wrong all time they keep giving me the wrong food from what I order. They always keep me waiting for 30 minutes even when there is no one in line. There was hair in the wing I ordered. They workers were very nasty, gross, doing inappropriate stuff in the kitchen like hugging, hands in their pants. and next to the cash register. This KFC needs to get new workers and fire all the employees.
