The food was horrible. It was barely warm the sides were the tiniest I have ever seen. Not worth the money. Very disappointed. Biscuits were hard and cold.

Management was very rude. She laughed about everything that we complain about. Didn’t want to replace our fries that was salty and old and then another staff member got mad at us because we said the chicken was old and was too dark and smell very burnt. Guess the grease was too old. Replaced it with the crispy chicken and it was just as horrible $12 of waste money and time, don’t go to this place. Staff are very immature. Wish I could have given no stars.

Brandon is freaking awesome. Best customer service I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Me and my significant other came before closing and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied , got what we wanted and made sure everything was fresh which is very rare. And all with a kind and genuine attitude. Also very rare! Thank you so much Brandon you are awesome and I hope you get a raise, promotion and recognition for your amazing service!

NOT GOING AGAIN: Worst fried chicken ever. First of all meal was not hot at all. The flour coating was soggy and too salted. The quality of chicken is awful, the meat is too hard and not marinated well. This place is not recommended at all. The experience is something more than worst.?????????

This food is just nasty the flower mix has not been. Changed or mixed since the start of second shift ! The oil in the fryer hasn’t been clean regularly just look at how dark this is and nasty this is supposed to be a light brown not dark like this this is just a picture perfect fact of laziness of this shift mash potatoes still have the powder in them as if they didn’t mix it right literally is a push of a button your not even doing the work the most work you do is pack it !
I waited 45 mins to get chicken that was like beef jerky.all day under the lights.

Had a pickup order. Arrived five minutes late. Walked in and no service for a few minutes, then finally (?Brandon I think) the shift manager came when I flagged him down, and told me he had no order for me. Then turned around and found a few tickets and yep, mine WAS printed there, but they hadn’t started it yet. Took twenty minutes and it was literally one kfc bowl and there wasn’t anybody ahead of me. No communication - maybe they had to peel potatoes and shuck the corn? ??♀️??♀️✊? No thanks for your wait or anything either. Very sa
