Order came out quickly. The "original" recipe chicken does not taste the same. Pieces are small as all get out! I could almost fit all three pieces of chicken in one hand. Cashier was very friendly. Sad.

They could offer better service if they wanted...apart from the bathrooms that the staff uses and the customers are disgusting, just like a shell or 7 eleven no more nor less...clearly the person who does quality control inspections in this establishment, He doesn't do them or doesn't know them.

Found this in my crispy chicken sandwich. First off the woman working the drive thru talked so low you could barely hear her. Then get the food and it's okay until I bite into this! Some type of tag! Called KFC customer service and they were just as lousy. A woman answered in a dry tone. Told her what happened and offered no apology. Just took my name and address and said I would be receiving a voucher in the mail. As if I would want to come back here to eat their food.
