Like if I only get 5 nuggets at least not give me bottom of the barrel stuff over cooked and burnt. Ordered form this one because having issues with the one closer to my house and same issue pretty much smh

It was horrible. There was NO meat on the wings - I would’ve been embarrassed to serve that to a customer. The wings at Wingstop have more meat on them than what I was served. In addition, the chicken was burnt I basically gave the store my money they did not offer me a refund – save your money don’t go there. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back. Save your money.

I went through the drive through. The chicken doesnt taste any where as good as when I was young. Taste different. It doesnt help if the chicken was dry and over cooked like it was sitting under their warmer for hours. Very disatisfied with the food. Never will go back again. Food was not fresh. They were out of a couple of sides also. $30 down the drain.

Good hard working staff. Unfortunately they are always alway understaffed. Because of this food always takes extremely long to come out. So don’t come unless you expect to wait. Never had a problem with my food once out. Again great people, very hard working just always understaffed.

Yall wouldn’t believe me if I told yall I went here and got my nephew a kids meal and asked for a water and was told 3.29 for JUST the cup …. Since when do fast food charge for water ? What was funny tho is that vs the manager giving me a kids cup he gave me a regular cup but was the same person who said it’s not 3.29 for the water it’s for the cup but yet u was able to give me a big cup for his meal and I didn’t even ask for it lol u can’t be real … im so done eating out .

I have had a less-than-desirable experiences at this location before. Today, I placed a delivery order because I couldn't get away from work. An itemized receipt on the outside of the bag, my order was missing 3 items, including my drink. Of course, no one wants to be accountable.
In the drive thru for thirty minutes with just two cars in front of me. Then took another 15 minutes to get my order. Chicken wasn't cooked all the way thru on a few pieces and the mashed potatoes were cold. Add to that, the otder was wrong and I wasn't going back and waiting 45 minutes to maybe get it right. Haven't been to KFC in over a year and won't ever be going back. There's no excuse for such slow service, nothing fast about this at all. Also, I posted a picture, so everyone would see the 5 jalapeños I ordered were 3 and the remainder of one that was eaten and it appears to be either ranch or bits of mash potatoes on the eaten jalapeño and in the container. Never again.

Worst restaurant and service ever!! Several times I’ve come and no one answers at the drive thru. Now I’m sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a kfc bowl and they forgot about me. Bad never once apologized. Horrible place. And very dirty inside as well.
