To start off I wish I there was an option for negative zero stars on the review star selection because I placed my order through the app arrived 10 minutes early they surprisingly had it ready although the food was cold to the touch I had also placed another side order through the drive through then pulled up to the window the manager (serenity) was working the window at the time and instructed a (caucasian woman fry cook) to get my order ready in return she (groaned loudly) as if I was a nuisance to her the manger then laughed and looked over to me saying I apologize then proceeded to giggle some more I now see why the parking lot/drive through is always empty to this establishment I will definitely not be returning back especially with adult staff acting like teenagers

The got my order wrong. I asked for the Korean BBQ Mac n Cheese bowl and instead got a plain Mac n Cheese bowl with no Korean BBQ sauce. Talk about a rip off do better KFC if it aint available atleast have the courtesy to let me know.

I had to share a review on this location. The food was definitely not great at all. I couldn’t let my child eat his meal without getting it corrected. Cashier gave me an attitude when I asked for fresh strips and fries. The fries were so hard and tasted as if they had been reheated. The strips had thick hard batter all within the strips. The dining room was so filthy not one clean table to sit in was clean and the dining room was empty. For this restaurant being fairly new it was so filthy and disgusting.

An employee working the drive thru slammed the window shut on my cousins once they eealized that they couldnt speak english. Then after seeing that they weren't leaving took an order, took their money and threw the wrong food into the bag. Stark racism and discrimination in 2024.
When brought to managers attention was told, "What do you want me to do about it?"

I stopped by for lunch on Tuesday and discovered the Tuesday specials in the app. We ended up coming back for dinner today, and the food was delicious. The best KFC biscuits are at this location. They were so light and buttery. I don't remember KFC'S biscuits ever being this good before. The employees were very nice and helpful. I gobbled up my dinner before I remembered to take a Pic, but I will be back. I went through the drive-thru, so I'm not sure how clean it was inside, but I did notice handicap parking near the door, and the parking lot was clean. I highly recommend that blackberry lemonade and they have the best sides.
The employees are rude and the manager is disrespectful.

I ordered a family meal and a jug of sweet tea , when I asked if I can have some cups as me and my family were dining in, the cashier rudely said “woah now your asking for too much, I can’t give cups away for free” . I didn’t ask for them to be free but that was her first response. I won’t be coming back there again since they expect my family and I to take turns drinking out of the jug, because they think I want free cups. It’s not the fact that they don’t offer courtesy cups it’s the fact that the girl cashier had no courtesy to begin with. After paying for cups she then proceeded to say we wouldn’t be able to use the fountain machine since i purchased a jug. No mam I purchased cups as well. Corporate will definitely hear about this.
