I have been looking for real ramen since I left my visits to South Korea and Okinawa. Two different types both delicious, Kimura offered an experience that was right on par with what you would expect in Japan! The tantanmen ramen with house spice was DELICIOUS! I enjoyed this with Japanese plum wine, and gyoza. I wanted to go back on the same day it was so fulfilling. Customer service was good, food was served hot and quickly
