Staff energy is off with a side of attitude which I don’t understand, bc ur at work trying to make a living at a mediocre bar that plays mediocre music. I get there and female thinks she’s queen b and the dude completely ignores me and goes and plays on his device and I had to make a comment about the dude maybe just being a barback to my partner and female obviously hears me and gets that dudes attention to make a drink, mind u I made eye with both of these souls and clearly at the bar waiting. All the staff seemed to have an attitude. Not nice ppl. /shrugs/

I usually don’t leave a 5 star review often, but knockout really showed out tonight. Had a 8 piece hot wing and a $10 special which is two sliders fries and a draft. And order a twisted tea. All for under $35 including tip. Steven who is the bartender Monday nights was awesome and didn’t complain or showed a different attitude when I asked for ranch 2 different times. This atmosphere is great and playlists is a vibe for all ages. Mainly millennials tho lol check it out Monday nights.

I spent 10$ on 2 drinks for me and a friend. When I asked the server if I could tip cash instead of on my card he said that was fine and much appreciated he reached behind the bar to get the tip jar to put the money in since he said people like to steal their tips. YET they still took it upon themselves to ADD a $10 tip on my card the day after as well knowing I put $0 for the tip (SINCE I TIPPED CASH) making my total $20. Very unprofessional and upsetting don’t even try calling the number on here either as it’s out of service.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing! $10.30 for a pint of Miller Lite—before 7 PM? When I questioned it, the bartender casually mentioned a bottle would have been $2.50. Why not mention that before pouring? Feels like a total ripoff. Won’t be back!

So i’ve been to this place a few times! and i haven’t had any bad experiences until tonight! A bartender i’ve had ONE other interaction with and not a bad one either! But tonight was completely different! Context: This bartender tried to hit on me the first time i was here and i respectfully declined (in a relationship) and that was it! no problems! but tonight saw me again and declined giving me service the first time! ( i thought maybe he was trying to clock out! cool!) but another time i come around to order my last round of shots he remembered me and was so rude! i was in shock bc i didn’t think he’d remember me or act as such. but because i was in a relationship, he did not even try to give me service! i didn’t understand what was happening and thought he might be joking until he was cussing at me in front of others! i thought maybe he misheard something i said idk! but i was so embarrassed and didn’t know what to do! i received service from another nice bartender and left! i apologized to those who witnessed what happened. they even said this guy was tripping! i wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re a woman by themselves or in a relationship. idk! this was my first horrible bar encounter, so maybe i’m dramatic but i know this was not okay! and wanted to share my experience. i’d probably go again if i didn’t see that bartender there! his name was andre!
