The matcha boba tea was perfect! 🧋

I walk around from time to time in la Cantera and when I passed by this location there was someone getting berated. I’m not to certain if it’s always but I feel concerned for the work environment in this establishment. I never got their drinks so I don’t know how good their place is, but the way I hear the workers being berated I assume either management or owner is the cause which detours me away from getting anything here.

The teas here were not the best. We tried several different flavors, and all were not that good. The staff look like they barely know what they are doing or just don't really care. I definitely would not try this place again.

The matcha was actually the nastiest thing ever

Got dream of butterfly w/strawberry boba along dream of butterfly strawberry w/ peach boba and both were good. Nothing special, but good place to stop and get your boba fix.

Taste was terrible. It tasted like watered down milk. Taste is 1 star but solid customer service. I decided to stomach it but they were nice enough to give my friend a refund

Alyssa and Ariana were phenomenal drinks were great and they provided amazing service

I purchased the Sweet cloud cold brew. It tasted like milk with added sugar. No coffee taste. Just milk….

I waited in line behind 3 people, came time to order and noticed that there was a drink a different customer was picking up that appeared to be a slush consistency. We didn’t see that on the small limited menu posted on the ordering window. So we said oh is there more! My daughter stepped to the right of the ordering window and there was an entire full menu. Stepped back to order and the cashier had moved on to the next person, and now a line of 10 people stood there. I’m not waiting in line again. We left. Please get better placement of your full menu.

I love Kokee! RJ was very attentive and knew all about the different kinds of drinks on the menu. I had a great experience as all the staff were friendly and kind. I love their brown sugar dalgonatte coffee 🧋 they definitely satisfied my sweet tooth !!

Would really like this place however I’ve been several times, have stood there for 5 minutes while the employees just talk & laugh amongst themselves without even taking an order.

Not the best boba tea and pretty inconsistent. I’ve gotten some good and some bad ones here. Drinks are sometimes overly sweet when I order the same thing and I’ve gotten some undercooked boba. There are better places to go for the price.
