My first time here. I was looking forward to a strawberry smoothie. The cashier said that they had already cleaned the blenders. They didn’t close for another 40 mins. I don’t see what the problem is using the blender, they have enough staff on hand to clean them and still close on time. Frankly I just think they were too lazy.

I got the earl grey milk tea with boba, the drink was oddly minty. My friend got the seasonal green apple slush but it tasted more like grapes (it was also alarmingly neon green).

The tea was delicious but the staff is unnecessarily rude. I’ve worked in customer service, I get it can get stressful, but I’m not coming back for that reason alone. They called out my order with someone else’s, so I wasn’t 100% sure which was mine due to them looking the same. The girl at the counter gave me a dirty look and shoved my drink at me when I asked which was mine. Good drinks but last time I go there.

Tea was wayyyyyyy too sweet. Took a couple sips and threw away the rest. It was like drinking syrup. Everything is made with powder as well. Not real fruit.

Strawberry milk tea tastes like cheap store-bought strawberry milk with ice. Bobas were good.
This is a little building. You can not go inside. You can sit outside of it in metal chairs and tables. They offer a menu but not every thing is listed like the online site. The match's tea slush is good but definitely needs sugar. Not sure if you can ask to add it or not. Maybe next time. Prices are normal for the area.

I'm Cuckoo for Kokee Tea!That very well might have been the worst way to start a review of Kokee Tea lol, but after consuming a rather disappointing pretzel from nearby Wetzel's Pretzels, I needed something cold to battle this South Texas heat. Enter Sonny! No, I mean Kokee Tea! lolJust like Wetzel's Pretzels, Kokee Tea is situated in a small little shack in the middle of the walkways at The Shops at La Cantera. On the exterior, there are photos of their menu offerings ranging from milk teas to ice blended drinks. For the ice blended drinks, they offer slushies, which are water-based, and smoothies, which are milk-based.There's usually a line here, but the service is pretty fast. Even in the midst of a heat wave, don't let the long line deter you, or better yet, save the cold drink when you pass by the boba shop another time.While you can see the menu offerings outside, they don't list prices. In fact, you can't see the prices until you walk up to the order counter, and even so, I actually couldn't even find the smoothies section of the menu, so for a few seconds, I almost thought that the smoothies I initially saw were no longer offered. I asked the cashier (Maddox?) about it, and he confirmed they still offer those drinks. They were just in the ice-blended section, and the word "smoothie" had a pretty small font size. Hopefully, they will listen to my suggestions on how to better improve the look of their menu, both inside and outside.I had my eyes set on the Oreo Smoothie only because earlier this year, when I was back home in SoCal, I was in a really bad mood one day. I went to a boba shop and ordered a cookies & cream smoothie with crystal boba. The smoothie instantly made my day and gave me enough energy to power through the day sans catnap. I ordered pretty much the exact same smoothie, crystal boba included.After paying, the receipt had my order number on top, so there was no need for buzzers. It took a couple of minutes before my order number was called out, and the bobarista handed me my drink. I had to grab a boba straw on the counter before enjoying the smoothie.The smoothie was cold and tasty. However, the flavor didn't come out as strong compared to the one I had in SoCal. I literally inhaled it, but not necessarily because I enjoyed it that much. Rather, I was trying to cool myself off after walking around the outdoor shopping center for quite some time. I was hoping to get the flavor rush that my taste buds desired, but it never happened, unfortunately. That's not to say the smoothie was bad. It was good, but definitely not 5 star good by any means. At least the crystal boba was QQ, but it wouldn't be enough to bump my rating up to 5 stars.Nevertheless, I enjoyed the smoothie well enough to recommend Kokee Tea for your Bubble Tea needs!

Great little kiosk at the mall with such a variety of boba teas and coffees and smoothies. I got the rose tea boba and it was so delicious. The service was great with the staff recommending various options and I got my order very quickly upon ordering. Only downside is that it's at the mall and it doesn't provide you with a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy the boba or strike a conversation, but the beverage is great to sip on as you stroll through the stores
