I’m real disappointed, I go here every time I shop which is pretty often because this is my favorite milk tea place, but this time when I went December 19th around 5 (on my birthday too) they woman was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and glaring at me when I asked for a water with what I had ordered. Once I heard my number called I realized it was the wrong drink, I always get the same thing so I noticed and I told her what I had ordered and showed her my receipt and she said that what she made is what I asked for so that is what I was going to get. I was stunned and another employee came up and asked what the issue was and I just told her I’d gotten the wrong order when the first woman argued that I was lying. I just told them it was fine and I’d leave and they scoffed and walked away. I’ve never been treated this awfully anywhere I’ve gone and I’m honestly just stunned especially since I left her a $3 tip on a $5 drink. So sad I will not be returning.

Not worth the price. One of the workers started making my order before I finished speaking, got upset that they had to start over because they didnt stop to listen that I wanted a mill alternative.

Did not appreciate being charged for both coconut jelly as well as boba. But only getting half a scoop of both. If I’m getting charged for both I’d like to receive a full scoop of both. There are way better boba spots.

They really do need a better boba place in the mall. This is the only boba place I know that’s always out of tapioca. The drinks taste so bitter. I hate that I have to always stop by another boba place near the mall. Not to mention the workers there look like they hate their jobs and seem so careless. So annoying. ??

Horrible service! We got two drinks from here: the house milk tea with crystal boba and a purple love with regular boba. The house milk tea was made wrong, it was made with aloe vera jelly. When we went to get a new one the girl gave us attitude. And tried blame us that we grabbed the wrong order, while the display number was our order number. And to add to the fact that the sticker on the cup read house milke tea with crystal boba. They didn’t even make us a fresh new one, they just drained out the liquid and put it another cup. There was still chunks of aloe Vera jelly with the crystal boba in our second cup. Never ordering from this place again.

Came here with my cousin thinking the boba would be good. Workers were rude telling us they didn’t have any tapioca and the drinks tasted like medicine ?? waste of money. never again.

Ordered the mango passionfruit tea with aloe vera since it’s 110 degrees out right now and wanted something citrusy and refreshing while strolling the mall. The shop booth is found on the center of the upper floor of the food court. Drink came within a few minutes of ordering and cashier was polite. Unfortunately, I did not expect or like the overpowering bitter tannin taste. It tastes essentially like a really strong black tea concentrate (with no fruity flavor) so I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone caffeine-sensitive. I’m disappointed both the mango and the passionfruit syrup were completely missing because.. well that’s literally the drink name and it really would’ve helped contrast the unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Paid over $7 for a drink I can barely sip.. Won’t go back.
