First impression today, I couldn’t tell via online how big these kolaches actually were. They looked small to me in the pictures, So just in case they were small, I ordered the egg & cheese, chicken enchilada, strawberry, apple & the cinnamon roll. I thought they were gonna be slightly bigger than a 50¢ piece 😅 they aren’t…they’re HUGE! They’re bigger than the palm of my hand!! So great value too! No complaints, it’ll take me a few days to eat all of them, though! Oh and soo delicious & warm, highly recommend! The chicken enchilada was soooo good, too bad I didn’t grab 2 😅

I visited November 2025. Service was excellent. I enjoyed a large strawberry smoothie, a strawberry kolache, a dressing kolache (flavor of the month), and a pizza kolache. The smoothie was excellent! I would order it again. The strawberry kolache was good with plenty of fruit filling. The pizza kolache was delicious.

I ordered Togo. The kolaches are good. My favorites so far are the Sausage, jalapeno and cheese and pepperoni. The chicken Florentine croissant is amazing. A little pica but amazing.

I absolutely love Kolache Factory! The employees are always so friendly and welcoming — they really brighten my mornings. The kolaches are always fresh, warm, and delicious, and their coffee is the perfect way to start the day. I stop by every single morning and it’s consistently a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great service!

Multiple times I have had problems with my orders here. Most recently I ordered online for pickup got there to find out one item wasn't available. No one called to advise or ask if I wanted something else just left it to tell me at pickup. I ordered early enough that my missing item could have been made before closing time instead of taking the lazy route to just say they dont have it. The manager who was rude would not let me finish explaining my problem before cutting me off said the bakers were gone but yet after continuing to express my disappointments with this location on prior occasions then offered to make the missing item. But I thought the bakers were gone and that's why you couldn't have made it instead of just telling me you didn't have it. Lies one way or the other which is unacceptable. Then one of the items actually packed in my order was wrong as well. I used to really like this place but over this past year service has really declined.

These kolaches are so delicious. I love the Italian chicken, which is wonderful, but so is anything with egg. Come try them out! Seriously, you won't be disappointed!

This is the worst place to get coloches. We were asked if we wanted them heated and we said yes. We opened the box and thought we ordered a kids meal.They came out rather cold and soggy.Cinnamon rolls were exstreamly sweet, coffee was way to hot and over filled and spilled in the truck and almost burned the hand off! Yes over exagerated but almost..The server at the window just stood there and offered no apology. I definaitly do not recomend this place. Dont waste your money. Shipley donouts are much better.
