It was my first time going to Kona Grill and it was on Veterans Day. I understand the influx of customers; however, they were severely understaffed for the occasion. We had reservations and sat in the bar area. Didn’t get acknowledged for 30 minutes and had to reach out to someone walking by just to get a couple waters. We spoke to Maria (very sweet young lady) and she put our order in. That took another 30 minutes to receive. In total we were there almost two hours with half...read full review
