Issues with mobile order and delivery. krispy cream canceled order because they said someone picked up ordered which is not true. Now I’m out money. Daniel the supervisor sounded very unprofessional with no help in fixing problem. He sounded very unhappy to be in a supervisor position. Hire someone else that is happy to help. Krispy Kreme, you lost a customer. Will not order here again.

The guy who took out order was so rude , even when I asked a question he seemed like he was annoyed . Just go home at that point . Then when we said we would upgrade from a half dozen to the full for only 4$ more he shook his head all because he didn’t want to get 6 more donuts . The lady at the window was so sweet and made up for his sorry attitude.

I ordered for delivery through the Krispy Kreme website. There were no alternative milks available for delivery so I got a frozen lemonade instead. Everything else about my food was great. The frozen drink would be best with a straw but there wasn't one. This wouldn't have been an issue except they use third parties for delivery. My order showed up smelling like cigarettes. Strongly. The donuts were fine once out if the package. The drink may have been fine with a straw. But every time I tried to sip it, cigarettes. It was gross. I put it I another cup. The order was delivered through door dash. Ordering directly through door dash, you can rate the driver and comment. You can't do that when you order through Krispy Kreme. My guess is that Clarence is well aware of that and only smokes in the car with third party orders.
This place is trash the guy on the window was very rude not only to me but to my wife as well I will never go there again, I ask him to call his manager and he said he was the manager and close the window on us who ever owns this place really needs to stop by and fired some people there otherwise this place it’s not gonna last long in this location I was there at night so I’m pretty sure he wasn’t the manager for sure.

Perfect donut spot to grab something sweet after seeing a movie, or to take advantage of getting a free half dozen with a report card! The employees here are always friendly to me and my family, and are patient when we are picking our donuts out. I like the vibe inside the store with the cute bar stools and from what I can see it is always clean! The only drawback I can think of is at certain times there will be limited amount of donut flavors so it would be good to work on ordering the correct supplies ahead of time. I like the cool different donut flavors that are available!
