Went today for the Christmas donuts, they told me that they only had 2 flavors, not the complete amount of donuts, which is crazy, it's barley the start of the month, then couldn't even get the Christmas box with the dounts. This isn't the only time, for Halloween, I came for the Halloween dounts, I did get the whole amount of the donut flavors but not the Halloween box, it's always something at this location, why would you advertise something if you aren't gonna have it.

We stopped by the Brooks City Base location in San Antonio. They were out of doughnuts and only had hard old doughnuts for full price. What a joke. Asian looking female was rude. She clearly hates her job.It took us 30 minutes to drive to this location for bad service and no doughnuts. This store is rundown. Google needs a review lower than one star hor this place.

I've been a regular customer here and apparently that doesn't mean anything. My boyfriend was waiting on me after an appointment annd despite the manager seeing us every week decided that waiting was loitering. I'm not going to any Krispy Kreme store for myself or suggest it for my team. No manager should ever tell not only a customer but a patron to off themselves that's disgusting.

Great experience all the time. Great drive thru as always.
We came from a small event that was happening at the resturant across from the parking lot and the staff seemed frustrated because people were coming in and I guess their night got busy, so anyways me and my family ordered 2 dozen doughnuts and some drinks and were just chilling enjoying our doughnuts and my little niece had to wash her hands and got potty and the manager was being rude and to us and she put a sign saying all the restrooms were out of order which was a lie. Even the other staff that night were being rude as hell. Like yall should be happy yall are getting customers. The experience sucked cuz of their bad attitudes. That manager should be more kinder to paying customers, I will never come back here cuz of that manager. Oh and to top it off she called the cops cuz people were asking to use the bathroom.. like really

I ordered ahead for online pickup, so I can pickup after work but when I got there they sold out most of the donuts I ordered. I really wanted to try the puff donut and cotton candy donut. The other filling donuts I ordered sold out as well. What is order ahead even mean. I thought they will reserve it. No? 🤷♀️ Guess no. Won't even bother to order again.
