Doughnuts are not made fresh at this location. They are delivered to the location. Doughnuts were cold and not fresh. When we asked if they could be warmed up they said they couldn't. We asked what their ovens were for, they said they didn't know. Do better Krispy Kreme!! Fresh doughnuts were not so fresh and COLD!

Not the same experience. The young lady at the register was very nice and apologetic abt everything not as expected. Bring the real experience back. Southside is just as important as Stone Oak. Just saying. Fresh donuts please, oh and the free warm donut was always a "Krispy Kreme thing." But thanks for the new experience. Oh and maybe have a professional clean those windows.

540 in the afternoon and they have no glazed donuts..... get to the window and have some idiot there say oh we dont cook our donuts here anymore.... so why do you need 4 employees standing there lookung each other...... so i got my 6 donuts and went to Crumble, at least i get better customer service there!
