I was picking up some specialty donut(Halloween) and the lobby was busy. The cashier was a little short with me, but she put my order together and I was in and out in less than 10minutes.

When I walked in to order there were three employees.
After waiting a few minutes I was finally acknowledged only to hear that I'd have to wait 6 to 10 minutes because she (think it was the manager) had to take care of the dive thru.
The other employees were stocking the shelves with product, however anyone one of the two employees stocking could have taken my order as I was only ordering two doughnuts and the only one in there as a customer.
But was not even acknowledged by the other two employees.
I left went across the street to Shipley's and what a difference!
They had enthusiastic employees happy to acknowledge you and help you with your order.
Manager was very nice as well.
Do not waste your time at this very unprofessional krispy Kreme, go to Shipley's!

I went to this location in the morning and I was attended by an extremely rude employee. She was immediately dismissive and condescending as soon as I walked in.

The donuts were honestly great — but the service was so bad it ruined the entire experience. I visited yesterday and was helped by a staff member who couldn’t have been more dismissive. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just a cold, uninterested attitude like she couldn’t care less that we were there.

It completely killed the vibe. I came in looking forward to treating myself, and left irritated and uncomfortable. One person’s bad attitude was enough to ruin my day.

Great donuts aren’t enough to make up for awful service. I won’t be back — and I’d think twice before recommending this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, my elderly mother had a very disappointing experience at this Krispy Kreme location. She went with her three young grandsons to treat them to some donuts, but the visit turned into an upsetting ordeal. When she tried to pay with her credit card, the employee told her she couldn’t make a purchase over $25 without showing her driver’s license. Even though my mom had her card and knew the PIN, the woman refused to process the transaction.

Trying to accommodate, my mother reduced the order to bring the total under $25 — yet the employee still didn’t want to complete the sale. My mom explained that her license was in the car, but as an elderly woman alone with three small children, she didn’t feel safe or comfortable leaving them to retrieve it.

What should have been a simple and joyful moment turned into a frustrating and hurtful experience. This kind of inflexibility and lack of compassion toward seniors — especially those caring for children — is unacceptable. I hope this location receives better training in customer service and common-sense judgment.
