I was happy to take my daughter to get doughnuts here and coffee. We got home ready to eat good fresh doughnuts ut what we got were horrible. The doughnuts were hard and tasted old. Looked nothing like the pics nor what we usually get when we buy here! Bad doughnut day!

The sign stated that they didn't close until 10pm. We got there at 9:15 and the doors were locked so we had to go through the drive-thru. We placed our order online and it wasn't even ready when we got there. It took ten minutes to get a medium coffee. I think they had already began closing ahead of time and everything was put away. The coffee tasted like someone threw it together at the last minute.

Everything looked a mess and the girl that waited on me was super sluggish.. I asked fir my order and she tapped on screen looked around and just stood there and said my name I said that's me .. then she says we don't have an order let me see your receipt from online I should her and she had a vibe that I wasn't being truthful..the manager just kept walking around never once checking to see if all is well. I'm gonna stick with Kripy Kreme on I-10....

This Krispy Kreme store was so blah. There was only 1 person working and she had no personality for a Great Monday Morning. The floors were sticky. No free doughnut offered. I won’t be coming back to this store

So just after 10pm Sunday night 03/24/24. I drove thru the drive thru because the dining room was already closed for the evening. I pull up to the drive thru window since no one responded at the ordering menu. The drive thru window was left wide open and there were no employees in sight. I had already checked the store hours before driving to this location and it stated that the dining room had closed at 10pm but the drive thru was open until 11pm. I waited for around 10 minutes and honked a few times to see if I could get anyone's attention but no one came to the window. I ended up driving away with the drive thru window left open. I would assume this would be a total security risk on the business this late at night. Whoever is dumb enough to leave the drive thru window wide open and unattended should not work here.
Disappointed. Not even COVID or quarantine going on. I stopped by three times. The last two weeks at 8am and the doors are always locked even though hrs day say otherwise. The management or corporate office may want to see what is going on.

?☕️?I love the specialty donuts they serve at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, especially the Saint Patrick's Day green doughnuts!The drive-through may be a little slow due to the high number of customers during the afternoon, but this location has great customer service!Inside the establishment can also get pretty busy, but it's definitely welcoming and clean when I visited!
