Honestly I love krispy kreme.... but sometimes I have gone and the customer service is out the window. I get the frustrated look and the shifting of feet...I get the talking to their Co workers and acting like I'm a bother. I wish the customer service was better.... bc the donuts are bomb!!

This place has a lot of potential… it could provide a really cool experience for their guest and customers… but our experience wasn’t what it once was. The whole restaurant was dirty. No one cleaned or wiped the tables or glass. The reason we went was what I once remembered, fresh glazed donuts. However we were greeted with old and cold donuts. When we asked about the donuts on the conveyor we were told those were for Walmart and against company policy to serve. We arrived at 4:20 and we’re told that they are only served between 5 and 7. Needless to say, we bought the old and cold donuts, asked if they could be heated or warmed and was also told that was against policy. So we let the kids eat the cold donuts and left.

I placed an online order for 6 maple and 6 New York cheesecake donuts. I received 2 maple donuts and a variety of other regular donuts. I paid extra for limited time donuts and I received none. I e-mailed support and received an e-mail that was blank.

My son went in with his father around 1030 to get donuts and get the experience of the red light. My son’s father was going to buy donuts and coffee. They walked in and were not greeted or given a hat like other children. They waited in line to place an order and when they got to the front of the line they were ignored again. Other customers that came in after them were catered too. Will not be returning but felt the need to let others know the customer service was not up to par. My toddler was disappointed but we took out business elsewhere.

The best store is here near De Zavala. Worst one is by SW Military and New Braunfels. Our Halloween decor includes our favorite Donut Box.
