Honestly I love krispy kreme.... but sometimes I have gone and the customer service is out the window. I get the frustrated look and the shifting of feet...I get the talking to their Co workers and acting like I'm a bother. I wish the customer service was better.... bc the donuts are bomb!!

it was so amazing the donuts were great my son and daughter came in to see how much they cost and when we left not getting any doughnuts one of the employees ran out to our car and gave them two free doughnuts

Krispy Kreme is usually a sweet spot for indulgence their Original Glazed doughnuts are unbeatable when fresh, and the “Hot Now” light is a beacon of joy. Most of the time, the service is friendly and the doughnuts are consistently delicious.

However, I did have one experience that left me a bit disappointed. I made a purchase while the Hot Light was on, expecting the usual free doughnut perk, but didn’t receive one. Strangely, the person behind me who...
