I've been coming to this Krispy Kreme since I was a kid, so I do have a soft spot for it. However, I've noticed that in the past few years it's gotten kind of... Grungy. The atmosphere is off-putting, almost felt like I was in a prison. windows were littered with dead and dying bees, some bodies have actually been there long enough to flatten and turn into stains. Makes me wonder how long it's been since it was properly cleaned. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness...

We love Krispy Kreme and our kids especially can’t get enough of the donuts here! We stopped in for dessert because the red light sign was on which means they’re freshly making donuts and giving out free original glazed ones. We picked up a dozen original donuts expecting them to be warm and fresh but they were actually icy COLD. While they were still delicious and we enjoyed them, it was a bit disappointing since we were hoping for that warm melt-in-your-mouth experience....

You have to line up in good spirits because the donuts and pastris are the best. They are not thick or fat, they are light and not at all cloying, you eat them right there as you crave different flavors mmmmm.
