The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very interactive with my girls and they paid special attention to the viewing area as well as the dining area. They really made an impression, what wonderful staff!!! Oh, and those donuts are to die for!!!🤤

The worker was super rude, looked high. Didn’t tell us the total before we got to the window and was upset that we didn’t have the correct amount ready. The menu prices were wrong in the drive though. Why is there no classic glazed cake doughnut anymore??? Don’t say that when we asked. Individually charged for the doughnuts not a pack.

There aren’t any KK where we currently live, but we were visiting a city and had to pass this one right by our hotel, so I stopped! I am so glad we did stop. The donuts of course were good, but I was absolutely impressed with one of the managers (Joe). He had an absolute awesome attitude! It was evening when we stopped by, and I seen him smiling, working as hard as everyone else, and very friendly and professional! I even went back by there the next morning on the way out, and he was there working just as hard, being just as friendly and professional! I’d revisit this KK just to order one donut and talk to him for 5 minutes! KRISPEY KREME, YOU ALL NEED MORE MANAGERS LIKE JOE!!!
