Always our of the seasonal donuts. No matter what time of year they are always out. Why advertise when you never have them. We come at different times and still out. This location does not want sales.

Placed an order for some donuts on the app. Drove all the way there to be told they were out. They didn't want to process a refund because it was an app order and they have no control knowing very well they didn't update their inventory levels which allowed it to take the order in the first place. Dont try to put the blame on me by saying I shouldn't trust the app. Accept responsibility for your mistakes and fix it.

Took my pre-school grand-daughter to see the donut ? factory in production yesterday (Friday AM). The donuts did not disappoint. We would have dined in, but tables all were dirty and floor was not clean at all. This place use to be immaculate and a good place for coffee and donuts, but not today. I am not that picky, but dirty restaurant is pretty cringy. Recommend showing more respect to customers by having a cleaner serving and eating area.

Went in for 4 donuts. As I chose the 4 donuts we wanted the young genius serving charged me for a half dozen and added 2 donuts. I asked her why she added 2 and her answer was “because it’s our specialty donuts”. I’m not really sure she even had a thought but just spit a dumb answer out. The funny thing is she was surprised at my question and looked very confused. I simply said never mind and left. Not sure what kind of training you need to be hired here but I’m pretty sure a monkey would be a better choice.

They are very "selective" when it comes to who they give free donuts to.I was there with my son and a group of people came in afterwards which the owner gave free donuts to (everyone of them) but didnt offer one to us. The manager (male guy) kept looking at us from the corner of his eyes..service: 1 star.

This location is filthy! it needs to be shut down and properly cleaned and sanitized -- They had their employees using trash cans to decorate the specialty donuts. There was a huge mess all over the floor where the glazed donuts were being made. I would not recommend going to this location. Walk inside and see you will see what I mean.

This location of all the Krispy locations i’ve visited is the worse. Hardly ever do they have a variety of donuts, always out. They don’t have a specific time when light will lit up for fresh donuts being made is just a random time as per employees. There machine for making donuts is always broken down. Inside of shop looks nasty and dirty, have never seen this location on loop 1604 cleaned at least once on the inside. Have seen flies inside the displayed holding donuts and they’ll just trying to get rid of flies with a towel and flies go all crazy buzzing all over the donuts and workers wont removed the contaminated donuts. With all the bacteria them flies carry, hell no. Stay away from this krispy location in SA, TX.
