At 10.50 / ice cream I couldn't afford to take my kids here, but it appeared to have a large variety and it was clean inside

The place looks dirty & not kept up with. As far as the walls. The tables were all clean & everyone used gloves. The service was amazing & so was our ice cream.

Not very impressed with this place. We got a matcha ice cream with strawberries, mochi, green tea pocky, and sweetened condensed milk, and a taro boba tea. They were just okay. The boba however had chunks of unblended ice in it and wasn’t as sweet or as flavorful as other boba shops we’ve frequented. The waffle was decent and seemed fresh. We also ordered gyoza which was actually pretty yummy! But it came with no dipping sauce, and the picture on the counter showed it with a small container of sauce so I asked and was just given a singular packet of soy sauce for an entire container to split between two people. The staff seemed hurried and busy, but not impolite. The building though was kind of icky. There were zero napkins anywhere, and the trash was piled sky high. It was also the only trash can for the entire lobby. It didn’t seem worth it for the drive or the price.

The food is phenomenal and so many choices- but twice now i have gone in and have been met with horrible service by the cashier with curly hair. She is extremely dismissive, rude, and stuck up. No matter how nice or friendly people are, she remains with the worst attitude in customer service i have ever had. Major turn off to the company.

We were “shooed out”. An hour before closing, she was putting up chairs, and sweeping by our feet to get us to leave early. We left 25 minutes BEFORE close and the snarky girl with fried hair shooed her hand at us. ? waffle was stale but the ice cream was good.

If you're looking for an amazing ice cream shop in San Antonio, this is the place! Plus they have boba tea, milkshakes and snacks. The ice cream reminds me of frozen yogurt places with all the toppings! For $7 I got a bottle of water plus a delicious scoop of salted caramel ice cream with 4 toppings and sauce! The toppings are really great with options like Pocky and mochi. Talk about an ice cream sundae! The same thing at marble slab or Baskin Robbins would be at least $10! I'll definitely be back to try other flavors.

My daughter and I visited today and was disappointed with our order. The waffle I got was cold and not warm like the past couple times I have been here. My daughter got a Caramel Truffle shake that tasted like straight milk so I returned it for a refund. The service is not how it use to be.

Great place to go for ice cream and drinks. The ice cream and bubble waffle are not too sweet, and there's plenty of options to customize your order. My only concern is the difficulty in reading the menu and that it's a bit overwhelming to decide what you want due to the sheer number of choices available.

I really enjoyed the ube ice cream! It wasn't my first choice, but they were out of the salted caramel truffle. Wasn't't sure what to top it with so I just added Oreo and pocky, next time I'll see if the staff has some suggestions. I think Oreo would do better as a topping if it was crushed Oreo. I would have preferred a freshly made waffle as well but was not given that choice.

Came by to get my usual. Needed a couple of moments to get reacquainted with the menu. Cashier was uninterested in taking my order - as I patiently waited to tell her my selection, she had time to answer the store phone and dillydally on her own phone. I managed to catch the eye of the one gentleman actually interested in the client, gesturing to the inattentive cashier. They exchanged words and the cashier finally acknowledged my presence, clearly annoyed. In the past, I've tipped generously to the staff working this location, but times have changed. Food was pleasant as usual, but the cashier needs a lesson in customer service. Would have left 1 star for service, if not for the gentleman who actually did his job.
