Ice cream is pretty good, employees are nice. Boba is really good and they have a very cool painting on the wall. Just a good place to hang out and enjoy some treats.

I got a Vietnamese coffee ice cream and a Hong Kong boba. The ice cream had a great flavor and the cup was packed with ice cream. The boba was not sweet, and I didn’t like it, so I reluctantly took it up to the counter and asked if it was possible to make it sweeter. The nice girl said she can remake it and give me a sample of the new batch to see if I thought it was sweet enough, which was so nice! They remade it and the sample was perfect so they got me a new cup of the tea!

Horrible customer service by some kid with spiked blue/green hair. Zero welcome in, thrust the order to me, and walked away to talk to his friend at a table. Just because I'm a delivery driver doesn't mean you can be totally unfriendly and rude.
