terrible customer service
I love the vibe of this place—the music and theme are amazing, and it’s always a fun experience. However, the staff could work on their demeanor to make the atmosphere even better.
My main issue is with the dress code. My roommate and I have been here two nights in a row and consistently run into problems with our clothing being called 'too baggy' or otherwise not meeting the code. Frankly, it’s frustrating.
Here’s my two cents: if you expect your guests to follow a strict dress code, the same standards should apply to your employees. They are the face of your establishment, yet some of them look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on whatever was on the floor. Why should guests be held to a high standard while the staff isn’t?
I enjoy this place and will likely return, but please do better in ensuring consistency and professionalism. It would make the experience that much better for everyone.

Kung Fu Saloon is blatantly homophobic and racist, using an arbitrary “dress code” as a tool for discrimination. This policy is selectively enforced to target LGBTQ+ individuals and racially profile people of color by not allowing them entry to the establishment, fostering an environment that is both unwelcoming and unsafe.
When my friend tried to call out the clear double standard, their concerns were brushed off with irrelevant and offensive remarks. To make matters worse, the staff made racially charged comparisons to defend their actions, further highlighting the deep-rooted discrimination at this establishment.

Used to love coming here/ spending a good amount of money, but y’all need to get those bouncers in check. Especially the two short chunky ones. They have zero decorum, rude, and make this place look awful. Not the first time I’ve seen them be discriminatory and overall nasty with people. This place loves to enforce dress code, but will let girls wearing jean shorts with t -shirt’s, and guys with jersey’s/ let them cut in line. I’m just saying practice what you preach. not only this, but they’ve had a ongoing thing that I’ve seen where they don’t allow anyone in with a mexican ID/ passport and will claim it’s a “fake” and the bouncer will withhold the ID and will make you pay to get it back (pretty illegal and surprised no one has called the cops about this yet). Overall the vibes of this place are ehh, just the bouncers that give it a bad rep. pls get better “bouncers”, or at least people who don’t lack common sense/ people skills. If not, go to camp next door and you’ll have a better time.

Isabell is the best waiter I’ll give her 10 star but the manager is suck . We had a bad experience with the manager she’s rude and she definitely show us that their policies are not really matter because we rent the karaoke room for one hour from 9pm to 10pm supposedly the next group have it at 10:15pm and we wait for them to come they not show up until 10:45pm so they already passed the policy time you supposed to be there 10 minutes for your reservation. And Isabell has do her best to give it to us but unfortunately the manager that not supposed to be the manager gave it to the other group. So disappointed and will not recommend you guys to wasted your money and time here. Will not return.

There’s only 2 private karaoke rooms. Good luck getting a room if u didn’t reserve ahead of time. They charge 20% gratuity even if u didn’t order anything. They have 1 cushioned seat with no back support and a hard bench with back support.

Mary did an amazing job
Was excited to bring our out of town friends here on a recent vacation but when we got there the so called free skee ball games were mostly broken. The paid games weren’t accepting dollars and there was no change machine so the only option was to pay 2x as much on a credit or debit card. Super disappointed. Place has really gone down hill since I visited last year.

Rude door men enforcing outdated, homophobic dress codes. Far from LGBTQ friendly. To be turned away at the door for wearing a puffer vest over a tank top as someone who is nonbinary is shocking. Please update policies to reflect the culture of 2024.
My brother and I had fun here for his birthday!
