The Broadway location is the best by far. The staff are quick and attentive, and the quality of drinks consistent. They have a good variety of of drinks to choose from. Nice place to sit with friends or study as they have a couple of tables, some made for larger groups.

Went there on Sep 24, 2024 at noon. The girl behind the counter was quite unpleasant. Had an attitude the whole time. After reading the reviews about bad customer service, maybe we’re talking about the same person. If you hate it so much there, why not quit and go work somewhere else? But if you must work here, maybe don’t take it out on innocent people (customers). I felt bad for her miserable life so i tipped her 60 cents lol
As for the drink, I got a milk tea Taro with green tea something whatever. As a boba enthusiast, it was mid. First time ever at a Kung Fu Tea and last time ?

We came in around 1:40pm today (07/18), and the girl at the counter was on her phone the whole time even when we started ordering, my brother & I were confused and just looked at each other, we didn't know if she heard what we said or not because her eyes were glued to the phone on her hand. I encourage management to check the camera for this. We personally don't need professionalism for boba shop workers, but at least be respectful to customers by listening to them when they order. I ordered a Medium Herbal Jelly Wow and asked for Less Sweet, she said she can't do that, when it's been my staple drink at Kungfu Tea and it was my first time hearing that at this location. I also got charged for a Large instead of Medium and the drink doesn't taste like it usually does. It was my second time to this location, and will be the last.

I ordered three drinks, one strawberry milk tea and two fruit punch teas. Two of the drinks were supposed to have strawberry popping boba, but they were just gel balls, not popping boba at all. The strawberry milk tea was overwhelming. I asked my daughter why she was not drinking it and she stated it was because it made her stomach hurt. I took a sip and that is was enough to make my stomach turn, as well.

I walked out before even ordering anything. the blonde lady at the counter is really rude and was quick to cut me off when i tried asking questions. The place was literally empty. what was there to be mad about? management really needs to teach this girl some manners. she put a sour taste in my mouth.
Boba shakes are fenomenal! Unfortunately, the service is not. It was my family’s first time at this establishment. We were standing for 10 minutes until somebody finally came up to us and said we have to put the order ourselves. We were enjoying our time at this establishment and right at 9 PM. We were asked to leave because I they were closing. Mind you all the chairs and tables were still outside, and they were still cleaning all their equipment. I have never been at a business where they ask me to leave because they are closing. They usually wait for us to finish what we purchased then they clean and we we go on our way. This was a very different experience, and one I would hate to repeat with my family.
