I got the cereal milk cronch. I actually thought it was really good! It’s oatmilk so if you’re lactose intolerant or vegan it’s a good alternative. It’s also not that sweet which is a win for me. I would definitely buy this drink again. It’s feels healthier.

Everytime I've been there the same girls are working and they have a nasty attitude if you try to order anything ? they closed an hour early as well, which wasn't too bad when I went but definitely seems to be a consistent problem from other reviews. I went one time for a promo I saw online and when I asked about it and they just kept giving non answers and "well. Idk"I just wanted a sticker and they were being needlessly rude about it and then acted like I was dumb for not knowing about the thing I had asked about. The tea is fine, but God the service is horrible

It’s a great place, but the reason why I gave 4 stars was mainly their service I asked for a large they gave me a medium, and refused to change it saying I didn’t say large. Their drinks are really good you are able to choose the sweetness of your drink picking multiple toppings, or none. I would have given a 3 but the drinks are so good that it made it up to 4. The atmosphere isn’t bad, but it’s just plain, and normal which is ok some people like it like that. The wait wasn’t long but still mad that they messed up my order and say it’s my fault.

The boba is amazing but the girls here suck fr. They are very unhelpful if you’re unsure what you want, and forget about asking about menu items. your gonna get the “oh idk it comes like that”. Tonight I had an uber order here and they locked the doors… determined to get the order for the customer i knocked on the door to no avail. They very awkwardly ignored me and acted like they couldn’t see or hear me, so i stayed. Finally one of the stinky little ones comes to door with a drink and says is this the order?The only reason they came to the door was because i was persistent and annoying. Instead of communicating store hours or anything like humans, they choose to be typical american introverted waste. Anyways the boba here is bussin

My husband and kids should just move in. They order so much. With so many boba places and options now (I remember when Coco's was literally it!) they still choose Kung Fu tea most of the time. Their app makes it (too) easy to order and repeat order and auto "refills" when you need more funds. Solid commercial boba tea shop. You're not getting anything artisanal here but what you are getting is tasty and most importantly a consistent drink.

Kung Fu Tea offers a plethora of options, so the only problem you'll have is choosing one. This chain is America's largest bubble tea brand. I've tried a few flavors but I always go back to the KF Tea because it's so good! You can order online so it's ready when you get there or order in store. They have plenty of seating inside if you want to hang out in store. If I'm in the mood to try something different I feel very comfortable asking the staff because they always have great suggestions.
