Really cool decorated and designed boba shop with an awesome variety of boba teas and regular teas.Me and my family will be back to try the other options they have.We got the Kung Fu Black Milk Tea with boba and it was awesome! I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Kung Fu Tea. Despite explicitly requesting no sugar due to my diabetes, my drink was excessively sweet. The option to adjust sugar levels seemed pointless, as my specific request was completely ignored. This lack of attention to customer preferences is unacceptable, especially for those with health concerns. To make matters worse, one of the baristas rolled their eyes when I asked for a remake one with no sugar. The disrespectful attitude displayed was unprofessional. Customer service should prioritize understanding and meeting customer needs, not dismissive gestures when a legitimate concern is raised. Adding to the disappointment, there were no plastic wraps around the straws, raising immediate concerns about hygiene. The absence of this basic precaution left me questioning the cleanliness of the straws and overall sanitation practices at Kung Fu Tea. Hygiene should be a non-negotiable aspect of any food and beverage establishment. Never again, so many red flags.

We went to get the promotional Pikmin drink that was being advertised. We went once and it wasn't in stock. No big deal. Then we called ahead to check that they had it. They said they did. I think it's kinda obvious that if you're going for a promotional drink, it should look like what is advertised. They gave us a plain cup. We had no other reason for coming here besides the dang cup my kid wanted. Super lame to spend $7, almost $8 on nothing We wanted.

Very Mid. The boba was somehow chalky and the thai tea wasn't even worth finishing. I threw it out despite the high price tag.
