Came in on the 15th to get myself lunch.
The woman who took my order literally only said two words to me during the whole interaction which was "Hi" in the beggining and "okay" at the end of our exchange. I first ordered the cutlet musubi and then i asked if it was possible for me to order portugese sausages by themselves meaning A La carte, but she didnt answer my question and just rang in a normal portugese sausage plate with rice after waiting 20 to 25 minutes. I brought my order back and spoke to a different cashier about the issue and told me that it was possible for me to get what i originally wanted. But i had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. So i waited. He spoke to the cashier who took my order the first time and she just gave me a scowl. The audacity for this woman to scowl at me when she got my order wrong was insane to me.
I guess even Chamorros like myself can recieve poor service from these guys.

Went in today and got the Chamorro festive plate. My rib barely had meat on it, chicken keleguan was spoiled and red rice had no taste or flavor at all ☹️

Lacked Polynesian spirit. No sense of urgency in the back.

Staff was cool, I asked about garlic chicken though. And I swear they said the kitchen didn’t want to make the garlic sauce, even though it was quick and easy

My first time there and I was very impressed. Food was really good. I ordered a plate that has a riblet, porkchop, some beef, and teriyaki chicken, rice, and macaroni. Man, that plate was huge. About 3 servings at least. Delicious! Also had a Boba tea, wow. Can't wait to go back. 😁👍

I've had the kahlua pork and the fried chicken katsu. The kahlua pork comes with like 1 piece of cabbage. The katsu comes with plain vegetables and cold sauce. Thee kahlua pork was overcooked a bit. The katsu chicken was cooked great. It's all a good base. I'm not mad about anything. But it just needs more. The pork could use a little less time and a bit more flavor. The woman at the counter was great.

Picked up food, the mixed meat platter and it was all BURNT. The flavor reinforced that, because the taste was burnt and bitter and it was not the seasoning. Decent service and atmosphere, but the food is not consistent based on other people reviews and then my experience.
