I initially stopped into the restaurant because they sign said they had the best mini tacos. I ordered the mini tacos asada and asked if they come with jalapeño, cilantro, onion and lime. The nice lady at thw counter said yes. In addition I also ordered a beef enchilada.. I was so hungry gry and exited to eat it made my disappointment even worse upon h The receipt of of my food. To start with the food was carelessly package. I was handed a egg shell carton with one enchilada placed upside down and if I had not fixed the arrangement it would have spilled all over the bag. It looked like slop. Then I opened the mini tacos asada 5 minis sparingly sprinkled with dry asada meat. The corn tortillas smelled like they had been fried infighting grease and was overly saturated in the grease. What I expected to receive with mini tacos I did not receive ( fresh cilantro, onions, lime and a roasted jalapeño pepper) I received withered cilantro, brown avocado slices, and onions that were brown from setting out and not from cooking them on the grill). I should have known when I walked in that the food would be questionable by the displays in the lobby and the retail storage in the back of the eating area. Food was a 1 out of 10 Service was a 2 out of 10 because she inspected the bag and handed me the food and told me to have a nice day. Atmosphere 1 out of 10 for being overly congested with poorly displayed retail exhibits.
We all work hard for our money and when we go out for takeout we are owed what we pay for and it should be quality that even thw owner would consume.
I feel bad I had to take it back but the smell of it in the car was to much to take in to not throw up before I made it back to 211. Total spent 17.79

I like the breakfast tacos homemade corn and flour tortillas. Love the nopalitos a la mexicana with refried beans and potatoes with chorizo. Friendly Atmosphere, waitresses are friendly, very attentive with refills or anything else you need. Reasonable prices.

My Girfriend and I went there for a quick lunch. The food was great, the service was ok considering it’s the owner of the establishment and there wasn’t many people.
The only problem I did have was the additional 5% fee for the use of a credit card. This fee is a write off for any business and I felt I was being charge for something I should not have to pay. I my self have a small business and accept credit cards and under the contract I signed; I’m not suppose to add fees like the one I paid.
I will report this with the state attorney General.

My first time being there my daughter and son in law love coming here so she brought me and it’s right across from Woodlawn , the salsa and chips oh my!! The salsa had just the right kick to it .. food was delicious!

Very tasty food and very affordable prices. The problem is that waitress, apparently she is the manager or owner, but terrible service. It wasn't even 1:20 yet and she was already running very rude to us. It's not the first time he doesn't do it. The atmosphere is tense with that person. You're going to enjoy your food and you can't do it with it. One pays for good food and good service, but it's the opposite.
He is an arrogant person and the poor waitresses can't even take good care of you because of the fear they have of him.
