I think the Mexican Food here is very good but, the only thing is when your waiting for a table they take really long to sit you down and the crazy part of it is tht you will be waiting on the front while they have like 5 tables open and your seeing them,But then don't sit you at a table which is really frustrating I asked one of the waitresses why was it tht was, she said tht is the way the owner wants it , let me tell you it's happens alot lol it's werid but the food is very good so just heads up if it is "full".

The chicharrón ranchero plate is delicious and with the homemade corn tortillas it's the perfect breakfast!!!
Their quesadillas are SO good! My daughter and I did a carryout order, to picnic at Woodlawn Lake nearby. I actually think about those quesadillas, and need to get back down to La Barranca's for more!

Food good. Food servers attitude ? she didn't like my request to have a spoon that I saw barely sticking out of the lid removed from my to-go cup of unsweetened ice tea. When I asked her to politely take that spoon out of my iced tea so I can stick my straw in the center of it and proceeded to drink out of it while we wait for our meals and eat our chips and salsa she said she couldn't open the lid once it's closed so I told her take the whole drink back and bring me a fresh cup of unsweetened iced tea it was then at that point when the attitude came out of her. I had to explain to her when I asked for unsweetened tea that means I don't like sugar in my tea therefore why would I need a spoon immersed into my large to-go cup how do I know where that spoon. I remember waitresses used to have a apron that would carry straws and spoons.
