I ordered calamari and mussels from here on Uber Eats. The calamari was fine. And the mussels that were properly cooked were fine. But in a relatively small order of mussels, there were seven of them which were unopened, which are both unsafe to eat and just wildly sloppy and unacceptable for such a small order, particularly for a seafood restaurant that should know better. I got a refund from Uber Eats, but the restaurant is just lucky they didn’t give me food poisoning.

We (party of 5) ordered the CrawDaddy Combo and added a couple extra potatoes and corn as well as a pound of dungeness crab (2 clusters) with the Cajun garlic butter seasoning. The flavor was amazing. Very helpful and attentive service. Very family friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

THE WORST FOOD EVER!! This place has GONE DOWN!! Everytime I order something (3 times now), it goes from bad to worse! The sausage received is HALF of what it used to be, the amount of sauce on the garlic noodles is a sprinkle. Today I purchased the garlic noodles and it was extremely overcooked with most being a gummy white mash mess! Little sauce; just a mess! My cajun curry sauce was HALF FULL and WATERED DOWN; barely tasted the curry flavor in it, it was so watery! Jasmine rice was so gummy I had to make my own! Wings so dry, I had to throw out. Mind you I get my orders delivered because I am too sick to get it myself! When I call to complain, they tell me I have to bring it back to get it exchanged or a refund: WHO DOES THIS DURING THE PANDEMIC! I recorded the conversation JUST IN CASE they say they didnt say this! If I could leave it here on Google I would! FIX YOUR SERVICE LA CRAWFISH!!
UPDATE: LA Crawfish called me back and said they want me to bring in the food to see if the problem is what I say it is. WOW!! ITS A PANDEMIC; Why would I do that? They said to verify that I ordered what I said I did. My name is on the receipt with what I ordered; why would I bring it in? They said so they can see that the problem is what I say it is. I asked, so, what you are saying is, I bring it in, you say the problem isn't what I say it is, therefore, we are not going to redo it? Exactly. I couldn't believe it when he said that! Customer service has gone down in this place. I don't leave many reviews but this one took the cake!
EDIT: Came back on 12/26/25 only to find that the service AND food has gotten WORSE!! Ordered 5 spice wings and they gave me wings with hardly anything on them. I paid for a side of the spice and thankfully I checked the bag before I left. There wasn’t a side in it and when I asked the clerk about it he said they don’t serve side of dry spice. I asked why did you charge me for it, didn’t offer me a refund but you were going to let me walk off KNOWING you didn’t put the item I paid for in the bag? How unethical can you get??! I am so over this location and LA Crawfish altogether. Paying $100 for 2 people to eat small portions is not realistic to me. There are better places to get Pho, curry, etc.

Absolutely amazing and very tasteful! I ordered extra spicy and man… almost too spicy to eat. But I couldn’t stop. The corn and potatoes in my sauce with shrimp was great! I started ordering every weekend but I threw up and I don’t think my stomach could handle that much spicy every week… but I wanna go back… lol so good!

BUGS! I ordered through doordash for delivery. When I open it up I saw 2 bugs in my food. I called and they said they can't do anything bc it was through doordash? But this is your restaurant?! Fine I called doordash and they refunded me. The restaurant did nothing. Be careful. Health department needs to do a inspection here soon.
