Yep, our World Famous Crawfish Pho. Invented in the top secret LA Crawfish test kitchen years ago and featured in countless media outlet publications worldwide since then! It'll literally change your life, or so we've been told so many times over! It's a Cajun infused broth with a dozen or so hand-peeled Crawfish tailmeat and sliced double smoked Andouille sausage accompanied by the traditional Vietnamese Pho accoutrements.
Spicy Beef Pho

A couple of friends and I were visiting San An and wanted seafood before heading back home, that’s when we came across La Crawfish. It was out first time eating there and we enjoyed every minute of it. The cashier and the cook, Sean and Juan, gave amazing customer service, making the experience all the more better. Juan can throw DOWN in the kitchen and Sean had us very entertained with his hospitality and his choice in music! Thank you for making our first time at La Crawfish...

Its not bad.. 1 thing i hate is the amount of heads in a bag. Its added weight . Plus the amount of juice Because they wont drain the juice either . I know they wont pick through to seperate but they could at least try a little.So a lb isnt a lb . And at time some are dirty a.f looking .If the workers cared it could be different. But its just a check to them so it is what it is .

We are from New Orleans, so when we saw the Viet Cajun style menu we had low expectations. But It was fantastic! We did not expect so much flavor this far from New Orleans. The young man at the front counter was very polite and answered all our questions. If we lived here we would be regulars for sure!
