LA Crawfish - Loop 410

My first experience visiting San Antonio, stopped by LA Crawfish, excited for my food, waited half an hour in line, ordered and sit waiting another hour for food only to find out it's not made. I wanted to cancel my order and the waiter said "do you want to wait? It will take us 3 minutes to make it", then why didn't you make it "3 minutes" an hour ago? Very disappointed! Never come back here again.

This is my favorite place to enjoy crawfish Pho and seafood boils.

We stopped by for a late lunch and ordered a couple of pho or noodle soup. Food was just ordinary not impressive. Try to avoid spicy beef pho as the beef was not tender at all.

on Sunday, December 28, 2024. My little girl told me, she knew what she wanted for dinner “crawfish”. So.. we headed to this location and the place was dead.. one customer in front of us seemed to be leaving with her carry out order and as we approached to order I was immediately met with a rude young woman (Mind you i’m with my 6 year old) I asked for a pound and a half of crawfish and was told “full pounds only” which is fine. Then ordered 10 red potatoes, 8 corn and a half link ( just enough for me) i was told “ full links only” even tho the menu read “ half link= $2.50” So i ordered the full. As i was paying my daughter asked for beignets. I asked to add them and she sighed and said” really?” under her breath but loud enough for my little one to hear. My daughter and I sat towards the front of the store and took pictures next to the Christmas tree, and I could overhear that young lady and another young lady in the kitchen having a very, very inappropriate conversation. I was then told my food was ready and as I approached “ Both young women “ were on their phones and i was handed a small plastic bag with the seafood and another with the fried bread. I asked if she had napkins and extra butter and I was ignored. I even inflected the words “ guess i’m talking to myself” and she just ignored me. Got home and opened what looked like a half eaten order. ( not saying that’s the case) but 8 crawfish, 5 potatoes and 6 corn… definitely not what i ordered . There were literal heads and claws with no meat and they were already pretty cold. Colder than they should have been for a 5 minute drive back home . I brought this to the GMs attention and he rudely assured me that he himself remembered making my order and there was no way only 8 crawfish were in that bag.

So who the hell do I talk to about the nasty thing they said about my 6 year old and the Jackass of a Gm? Please reach out . I’ll gladly show face and bring all pictures with time stamps and phone call audio .

The experience was amazing. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family. The cashier was sweet and nice friendly food came at a reasonable time and the environment is just hands-down a great vibe.

This place rocks! The pho is incredible and the food is made with lots of love. The boil is next level and love coming here at least once a week! Daisy who takes my order every time is filled with lots of joy and is always friendly upon arrival.

Food was awesome! Miss Ruby and Miss Daizy were super helpful, it was our first time there and they explained how the seafood boils worked and recommended what we should get. I thank yall for the amazing service! 💕

Everything was amazing the food the staff and the awesome decorations make it such a cool atmosphere plus they play the games on TV and byob great time all around

Honestly when I was there I thought it was so good, I ate the seafood boil and was fine untill I got home. I was in the bathroom for an hour either throwing up or, it came out both ways.
