The staff provided exemplary service, and the food quality was exceptional. My wife and I both enjoyed the lunch special, featuring Arroz con Gandules, Pernil, and sweet plantains, complemented by a shared side of yuca. We eagerly anticipate our return to sample additional menu offerings.
Best Puerto Rican food in San Antonio. Large remodeled restaurant with plenty of tables. Nice environment! Also, they still have a very organized “colmado“ section with plenty of hard to find Puerto Rican goodies.
Out of all the PR food places in SA, when I want authentic breakfast or lunch, this is the spot. Gives me those good childhood memories of getting lunch with dad in the middle of a construction job. This place makes you feel welcome and they are ready to help with recommendations if you get overwhelmed with so many good flavors. They speak English too. I brought some coworkers and the staff were able to explain the meals easily.
