Lacks accountability. Is not a good man and has no integrity. I would stay far away from this kind of person. We were initially suppose to hire RRC Mr Carrasco to do the foundation for one of our properties. Juarez somehow answered the call. He said he worked for RRC & so we thought we were contracting the correct company. He took the contract but under his own company without being upfront with us about it.
