Have eaten at other La Madeline restaurants and been very pleased. Not so much with this one. My egg and mushroom crepe was very good but coffee was only lukewarm warm and weak. No half and half , only milk for coffee. No butter for the bread and only scraps of white bread left. Had trays of variety of bread behind the counter but didn’t offer to update the tray of left over bread. Finally pulled that tray out for myself and another patron who was also looking for bread slices. Not Great attention to the details and not very helpful abt fixing it. Disappointed in this store.

This place is so gross I went there today and the parking lot smelled like a sewer. I overheard a plumber talking about there was a sewage backup in the kitchen, and they were still open and serving food. Absolutely horrendous for a restaurant to prepare food in a kitchen with raw sewage, I will be reporting this the Health Dept. Do better.

My review is based solely on how the manager spoke to an employee, not on the service I personally received. As we were ordering, the manager began to scold the employee in front of staff and patrons. I understand that she may have made a mistake, and from what I overheard, she has made multiple mistakes recently. But I would be walking on eggshells constantly making mistakes too if I had to work in that type of environment. The manager should have apologized for the mistake and spoken to the employee in the back and out of sight. I felt bad for the employee.
My coffee and bran muffin were amazing though! 😀

A great go-to place for good breakfast food. Definitely has a classier ambience while still having good quality food and reasonable prices. They can get busy but service is always top notch and the food is consistently skillfully cooked. Pastry options are nice and consistently good quality.
Serving size always looks a little small but fills you up nicely without making you feel super full or bloated

If you have never been here I think you are definitely missing out, this place is very charming inside and warm , the food was very tasty and I am very pleased to have gotten a meal here for veterans day. I served in operation enduring freedom - Afghanistan 🇦🇫. And would love to thank everyone working yesterday on veterans day .5 stars. Thank you again.
The prices have increased tremendously for the service and atmosphere provided. Almost $35 for a meal for 2 people and thats with only one drink. Food was sub par. Just go to McDonald's or a family owned restaurant instead.

This was my first time at this location. I went on a special date and my whole experience was absolutely amazing! Not only was the food super good, but the service we received was even better! Nick provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to make sure that we received everything we needed. He's such a nice guy, very sociable, and happy. He made our day brighter! Kuddos to Nick! We will be back to this location soon.

The place is quiet and nice. I ordered French toast and it was uncooked literally was raw dough. The service is terrible. They had like 3 people working. The taste was good.

Their chicken is very fresh and their tomatoe basil soup is good... however, Blmy most recent experience was far from ok, by where they have the soft drinks i noticed 2 roaches crawling the wall and the staff was not as friendly as they normally are, they were not customer driven but just do their job and ask for help type thing...
