The food is standard for this chain, nothing special. However, the atmosphere is quite gloomy, and there is an unpleasant, musty smell. The food selection was very limited—perhaps because we arrived at 2:30 p.m. Overall, not the best experience.

We had a nice lunch, enjoyed the turkey bacon sandwich and some salads. You should leave room for the baked treats!

I like how you can go to a restaurant and dive into a whole culture with the food. But, when you go to the bathroom, the cultural dive becomes amplified by listening to and learning the language of the culture. I think because people MAY want to use it, in excitement, while they're there, it helps them learn as it sticks and can be put straight to use. That's cute. The staff is nice and accommodating.🎉✨️💯

Parking: If you park more to the left side of the building when you are facing the building, the easier it is to get to the door. 🚪

Kid-friendliness: I haven't really seen too many kids in side this establishment and I'm there at multiple times of the day. And I've walked around. Never thought about that until now😕

Wheelchair accessibility: With multiple parking spots reserved for you right up in the front, the wheelchair accessibility is nice. ♿️

Mocha coffee served long after receiving our deserts and was luke warm. The creme brulee was tasteless custard, no flame. Enjoyed the fireplace.

I frequently order from this location through doordash but lately have had repeated unfavorable experiences. This location does not serve a toasted baguette with the egg white Omelet eventhough that is what is detailed in description. I've called and their response was, "we serve it with a croissant." Today, I received a cold mini baguette as an add on and did not receive the coffee I ordered. I also frequent at Huebner location and never have any issues there. This location needs much improvement.

Very mixed feelings about La Madeleine but I can say it is slowly no longer what it once was. After COVID they made the logical decision to take away their complementary bread box, but never put it back where it once was. This is absolutely more a gripe with the chain in general but anyhow, in terms of quality it definitely is not matching to the price point. It used to feel much more luxury casual than what it’s become now.

We ordered a Chicken Friand, potato soup, and their seasonal turkey cranberry sandwich. The sandwich came cold, with the bread rather stale. The chicken Friand was pretty good, as it always has, and the potato soup was a good way to follow suit. Overall though, it did not sustain the price point that followed. I understand times have been rough for the franchise, especially with the closing of a location in San Antonio, but the luster this franchise had slowly dies with these experiences.

I want to note the service itself is amazing; lovely and kind staff who are absolutely doing everything they can, but the food itself takes center stage in the issue because the way it is to be prepared from corporates standpoint is lacking. I’ve come to this location since childhood so it’s easy for me to feel a bit dissuaded by the lowering quality because I’ve just had it so often. I wouldn’t come here unless you’re coming out of comfort to fulfill something that once was.

Parking: Free parking lot in front of this location.

Place is ok, but is overpriced on my opinion. Especially the food is not genuine.French food. Not even close to imitating french food. It's okay if you want to meet someone. But if you want something authentic, I do not recommend here.

I used to come up here every week to get a little box of desserts, esp the lemon tarts. I hadn't done it in a while. I walked in, and there was a huge selection of desserts. The young lady asked me if I needed any help. But I just looked at the prices and thought it was so outrageous. I said no, thank you, and left. I had the money. It was just the matter of paying seven dollars for a tiny sliver of cake and five dollars for a tiny tart, this is a chain in the US, not a Paris patisserie. And pricing things with eighty nine cents and ninety-nine cents to try to hide the fact of the crazy prices. I went home and spent $ 8 and made a whole ice box lemon pie with four ingredients.

Nice place with good food, liked it a lot, and the service was decent too. Place was clean and nice with a fireplace and makes you feel like you're in France even though I wouldn't know how that feels since I've never been to France, but it felt like it, I guess. Good authentic feeling or atmosphere I'm sure you could say...

This place is fantastic, so many complain of rude service, what do you want, a red carpet rolled out for you? Get real. Jade was a very friendly cashier and the service was great. Restroom was clean and the food! Turkey bistro was well prepared, hot, and fresh. Had the coconut cake and sacher torte, both were rich and very sweet, like French desserts are expected to be. Yes, the prices are not cheap but hello! It's 2024, not 2009. Would recommend this restaurant for sure!
